Very dirty and unsanitary. I don't think they clean, ever! I had to get a key to use the restroom and I think the picture is self explanatory. And the rest of the store wasn't much better. Zoom in.

This is by far the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen. There were 3 employees there. Two outside smoking it up and the other standing around. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months! Get off your lazy butt's and do your job!

The restrooms are beyond gross. Wish I had read the reviews before stopping. If Shell is really taking our concerns seriously then you would think that the restroom situation would be handled. I tried to tell the attendant that there was no toilet paper and she barked at me that she only had one foot. I guess it was injured.

Negative 5 Stars. My family and I stopped here to gas up and use the restroom. What we found was atrocious! Both men and women’s restroom were filled with what looked like urine on the floor and literal human feces on the walls. The smell of ammonia was beyond pungent and made you feel sick to your stomach. To make it worse there were at least 4 employees that seemed unbothered by all the customers complaining about the restroom conditions. My dogs restroom outside was better suited than the ones inside. Definitely need the health department to make a visit…asap!

Coming home from a 2100 mile trip, we stopped here to gas up one last time before home and hands down, this is the filthiest gas station we've been in. From the moment you walk in the door, the floors are gross and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. This isn't just a day or two of missed cleaning, this is months. Disgusting.
