The package has been on delivery for 3 days, they never arrived at my home, I have surgery and therefore I have not left home for more than 15 days and no one has come or touched or called, terrible, terrible service

I waited all day for my package and it didn't arrive, they don't answer the phone and now I have to go to the office to pick it up because I wasn't notified what was happening with my package either ?? very bad since it's not centrally located and not all of us have a car

My package has been en route since January 27/2021 but it just doesn't arrive and they don't even answer the numbers that are there }:(I made my report to inform and it is not sent because you don't believe me that I am not a robot ?
