I had the unfortunate event of my battery going dead at the Guadalajara Restaurant. Well I thought I was in luck cause one of Allan’s wrecker pulls in right next to me. I asked the guy if he could give me a jump and immediately he said No. He asked me how do I know that a jump will help me. I told him I’m a Diesel mechanic and I know that’s all I need. That my voltage on my truck was just shy of 12 volts. After confirming what I told him he then said yea he could jump start it for $150.00 the whole 3 minutes that it took him to hook up the jumper cables to my truck he was complaining and whining of how he hated to do jump starts. I highly regret giving these people my business. How are you going to complain and act so unprofessionally for a service you just did under 3 minutes for $150. If this happens to anyone out there would NOT recommend these people AT ALL!

Fast dispatch and excellent service from a very young man who was the grandson of the owner. There was a callout fee, a fuel surcharge and also a credit card fee charged but the service was quick and they had no issues hauling my vehicle 66 miles from north of Refugio to Southside CC.

The worst experience of my life!! In less than half a mile, from E Jeter st to truck stop Travel Center Refugio, these people were able to charge me the catastrophic figure of 1716 dollars!!! . They only take advantage of the truckers' circumstances to abuse them excessively. If I could give it - 5 star it would be divine. THIEVES!! 1 hour ago I posted my opinion and they deleted it, I hope they don't delete this one!!

Joel was our driver/tower and I can’t express enough how much I would recommend him. He shows up when he says he’s going to show up,. Very friendly helpful and attentive to what you need done. Went above and beyond trying to help us.
