This has to be the worst Walmart experience I've ever had, bought a product that I found had been leaking after I got home, went back just to get a replacement and Kendrick the store manager refused to accept a return or replace, then also took on a very insulting and threatening tone insulting me
I walked away shocked, don't really care about the product, just can't believe that kind of treatment is acceptable here

New self checkout is nice, but still would prefer going back to 24hrs for the store to be open. At least have 24hr for weekends.

Need more cashiers. Self check out there is always an issue. Got done scanning all my stuff for computer to freeze. Girl told me to re-scan at another register. No, I don't get paid to do double work. Left my items and went to Target.

Walmart needs to hire more people and take the people asking for receipts at the front and give them better positions. You already have many cameras to do your investigation. They make millions they don’t want to employ full staff.

The vision center has to excellent employees, shaniqua and Tan. They are a great asset to the vision center. Always helpful, excellent customer service, and joyful.

I am only giving 3 stars because Ms. Vanessa (deserves a 5 star review) at self checkout, and lets be honest it is all self check out now, makes getting screwed by walmart and having to check my own items worth the trip. It infuriates me that I work hard for my money, and most of the employees are cutting up, slow, wasting time, DEFINATELY not working, and getting paid to do this. Ms. Vanessa is ALWAYS running around, talking to people, helping people self check their stuff, and just super friendly to be around. The other employees I have encountered are there simply for a paycheck to stand around and snarl at you like you shouldn't be there. Customer service has gone way down in my opinion and if Ms. Vanessa leaves, I will be shopping at the new Tom Thumb in Waxahachie for my items.

This use to be my go to Walmart but the new layout of the store has made that impossible with the new layout, it takes you at least about 20 minutes to find what you need because they done moved everything completely around!!! Let’s not even start on me getting a jug of water from there July 14 2024 and it was already opened with black stuff flowing in it smh

Product aisles aren't even labeled and in 20 minutes of looking for an item, I probably walked by at least 10-15 people...visibly confused and not one asked me if they could help me find anything. Looked right at me, made eye contact and then kept walking. I just figured this Wal-Mart didn't want me to buy what I was looking for from them and I went elsewhere. Never coming back.

Pickup is awesome, but the app sometimes has bad connections to check-in.
