!!!DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!! I had sensitive mail with bank info, SSN, and DL in a envelope. My mail was opened (literally exposed out of the envelope) in the bin with my other mail. I asked the employee "why is my mail opened" (she had long eyelashes). She wanted to act dumb. Spoke with Lupa the supervisor, and she also wanted to act stupid.
Got a email alert from my bank saying someone have booked a damn HAWAII TRIP with my damn info!!! I know it was them at the post office. I am now in the process to pursue legal action

What happened to Red Oak post office? They’re holding packages way too long. I never thought I’d say this but they’re worse than Hutchins Fed Ex and that’s not saying much. But what to expect? It’s government run. If I could give zero stars I would.

Service out here is terrible. My packages and mail continue to get delivered to someone else. Feels like we have the Goof Troop running the show out here.

I use informed delivery so I know when to expect packages. At least once a month I get an email saying my package is out for delivery today only later to get an email saying that it was “undeliverable” and will be held at the post office. I have no fences or gates that would ever prevent delivery. Today I was expecting a package and I got an email stating that it was being held at the post office at customer request (lie). I went to fill out the redelivery request online but I wasn’t able to because it says a redelivery request already exists for the package. So it sounds like they didn’t want to deliver it for whatever reason today and made up a lie so they can just deliver it tomorrow. The worst part is that you can complain all you want but nothing ever changes. Very frustrating!

The mail service is horrible in the Woods of Red Oak. I continue to get other people's mail. I get informed delivery notifications, however I never received the mail that was suppose to be delivered on Saturday. It included personal ID and confidential documents. I hope it didn't fall into dishonest hands. I'm really worried.

Horrible mail delivery, they have delivered our mail to wrong place so many times and we are constantly getting mail that is not ours, don't they know mail is federal, you can't do that. The post master needs to be fired as well, she personally gave my husband a box full of mail when we first moved here and most of it was not ours. This is ridiculous, I have never lived in a place with such terrible post office workers. The 2 ladys in the post office are great maybe its the sorters I don't know but this problem needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY you can see all the reviews this is a MAJOR PROBLEM

Drivers suck now days, they will not get down to greet you at your door for scheduled signature required mail. You mean you had me stay at my parents house to get handed my mail. Only for you to just deliver it anyway? Geez thanks for interrupting my schedule for your incompetence.

Huge shout-out to Patricia! She's very friendly & helpful, needed questions answered in regards to temporary address change...she took the time to explain the different ways, either send in the card or complete online. She's helped me previously when I needed to send letters priority mail..Patricia definitely takes the time for her customers! Ty so much!

This is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.I moved into the area last year and had all my mail from my former address forwarded to my new address and for my mail to be held until this station can provide me with a mailbox key which they still have not, yet every week I come up here to try and get my held mail and an updated status on my mailbox key and they don’t have either and act like they don’t know anything about it even though I present my receipt showing I paid for this everytime.The retail clerks are either habitual liars or just clueless and the supervisor doesn’t have an answer for anything nor any accountability.What does this mean for me, no mail, no packages, no prescribed medication.I hope that whoever at USPS reads this and knows that I am doing everything possible to get in touch with a Postmaster or a Postal Investigator to investigate this station because you are taking peoples money and not providing the paid services and improper mail handling and someone needs to be held responsible. Especially when I subscribe to USPS and have my images and tracking numbers of my daily mail that is supposed to be delivered yet they never have it.One of Americas oldest and trusted institutions is failing this Red Oak community.I will say the young lady Tierra is an exceptional postal worker and has always been upfront, knowledgeable, and honest and does what she can to help customers. If you’re in line and happen to get her she will provide great service.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but I've never had an issue. The ladies are always friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have no hesitation going here at all.

The Postal Service in Red Oak is really good. The only problem that we have is having the postal lady deliver the packages towards the front door rather than putting the package in the center of the porch or someone can steal it. We’re trying to politely retrain her.

I have not had a mail key since moving into my new home in August. I paid the fee for a key in September. It is now December. I am constantly told by both supervisors that my mail key will be changed and provided to be within the following week , just to return to it still not being ready and told to again call back the following weeks. I am now being told (by Robert) that my mail key will not be ready until after New Years. This is ridiculous.
