Daniel made our First Home Purchase effortless! He handled so much on our behalf, I figured there was nothing really to it (until we started to review all of the documents he prepared). Daniel demonstrated extensive knowledge of his field and really helped us understand everything as first-time buyers. He both called us routinely to check-in, as well as took calls from us often, whenever we had questions for him. He was present every step of the way and moved quickly! We could have closed much faster if we weren't still busy packing boxes ? Definitely recommend Daniel and will be calling him next time we're looking to buy or refinance.

This company took advantage of an elderly woman moving from out of state that put over 30k in improvements into a new home then when she retired she wasn't even able to get the house..... to be continued can't wait for litigation

Sean Welsh is the reason for 5 stars. He is very responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and kind. If a problem arose Sean already had a solution by the time I reached out. He knows what he’s doing and made this process so smooth. I recommend Sean to anyone but especially my friends and family. Lora had excellent communication, she was prompt and thorough. She answered all of my questions, providing great advice and multiple options. Lora kept me informed throughout the process and even helped track down questions that aren't really her responsibility.
