I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Noah Wilson at the UPS store, and I must say, the service was outstanding. Noah was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure that my package was properly packed and shipped on time. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Noah Wilson for his exceptional customer service and dedication. Thank you, Noah, for making my visit to the UPS store a positive one!

I visited to pick up a package for my partner and encountered significant challenges, despite providing all necessary documentation. I had both the confirmation email with tracking information, as well as his ID and mine. Initially, the associate refused to release the package, even after I contacted customer service, who advised her to proceed with the pickup.
Unfortunately, she continued to resist and repeatedly questioned the instructions, even after consulting with her supervisor. I felt her actions were not only unhelpful but also conveyed a lack of respect and professionalism, leading me to feel unfairly treated.
After over an hour, and even after a UPS representative confirmed my eligibility to pick up the package, she still withheld it without clear justification. I believe this experience highlights a need for improved customer service at this location, and I hope my feedback will encourage positive change.
Additionally I went to get an authorized letter as directed and still was denied the package.
I certainly feel as though this lady who is the so called manager is racist or just miserable cause here it is days later, and we still didn’t get out package even after updating ups, all we got was notices that the updated delivery info had an exception and instead of coming back to our home as we requested the package is being returned to sender. Which I’m sure she did something. She is evil . He can’t miss work and works during the open hours so it’s a hassle for him to get there to get the package and she has intentionally made sure I wasn’t able to retrieve it.
Also take note to how all of the so called good reviews get responses but the bad ones have failed to be addressed

I visited this UPS store yesterday afternoon to return a malfunctioning item. I had already spoken to the product’s customer support, who provided a prepaid shipping label and instructions to bring the item to UPS for packaging and shipping.
Upon arrival, however, I was informed by the employee at the counter that I would have to pay for a box because the label only covered shipping, not packaging. I expressed that my instructions from customer support specified that UPS would handle the packaging, but the young woman seemed unsure and repeatedly consulted her colleagues in a way that felt unprofessional. She turned to them with exaggerated eye rolls and repeated my questions verbatim, which made me feel like she lacked basic knowledge about the job.
When they informed me I might “try U-Haul” for a box, despite their back wall being lined with boxes, I was taken aback. After sourcing a box elsewhere, we returned, only to have the same employee barely acknowledge us, silently tossing the item into the box, taping it up, and affixing the shipping label without a single word.
The entire experience felt unnecessarily frustrating and unprofessional. I didn’t choose this UPS store—my product’s company did. It’s disappointing that their staff seemed untrained and visibly annoyed, especially when assisting a customer following their process. I would suggest better customer service training, as customers shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden for following the company’s own shipping procedures.
