My spouse and I bought a 4 wheeler from this guy 1/2021. We called his shop over and over to advise we saw a oil leak and only rode it once they never answered after months went by they finally answered and came pick 4 wheeler up and days later called us stating they don’t see oil leak and can’t fix it. We sent pic and he still act like we are lying about oil leak and the wheeler is clean no dirt on the wheeler or the tires that should have proved we only Rode it once and only in front of our house not far. He was very rude as well. Be ware!

Thank you so much. I’m sorry we couldn’t ultimately do business but appreciate how promptly you processed our return. These are good honest people doing honest business. Anyone who says otherwise is just sour grapes because he’s being a difficult man baby. Furthermore despite what he says it was not because of legal problems it was a delay that everyone is having because of the state. And they did apologize. Lovely people! Great business!!

Buyer beware, took payment for a buddy scooter, week later they canceled the sale because of legal issues. They tried to charge me twice for the bike and caused my account to go negative. No apologies or compensation for my time or inconvenience. Much better places to buy from. Buyer beware

I shopped around a few different dealers for an off road Go Kart. Wanted one that I could ride in myself as a full grown (solid) man. And that my daughter, who was 14 at the time, could also drive. I must say by far I received the best service from Phill. He took his time with me and answered ALL of my many questions. And believe me I had a lot. He also was very informative. Gave me more info on the units then the other guys did over in Grand Prairie, and in Arlington. After talking to him and doing a little more research on my own I decided I wanted a little more power then the units he had on the lot. This was NOT an issue for Phill as he had already told me that he could order practically any Go Kart I wanted. So I had him order me a Trailmaster 300cc XRS. Oh my goodness this thing is a BEAST. When it arrived, Phill put it together. Cranked it up and let it run for about 15 minutes. Then changed the oil for me before I even took possession of the machine. This was an important step as it was instructed to do by the manufacturer before you ride. And NONE of the other dealers provided this service. Because I am so new to this off road fun, I did not own a trailer or pickup truck to get the machine home at the time of purchase. So Phill delivered it to my door. The service after the sale was and is totally amazing. I have called Phill a few times with questions on things. He was polite and walked me through troubleshooting right over the phone. I did have one small issue regarding a snapped throttle cable after some hard riding. Phill ordered me two. Came to my house and installed the new one. Great guy. Great before and after service.

I just stopped by there and caught a vibe from him that he was wasting his time with me but also like I couldn't afford anything. Very informative man, but very unprofessional, I wanted to buy my son his first motorcycle and when i asked if i could turn on the bike so i can hear it he told me no. Pretty sure if i pulled up in my Corvette I would have recieved different treatment. Would NOT go back. Smh..

Very friendly and informative guy, But his products looked like a used dealership. I asked if he had any new Atvs and he got upset and wanted the money before he ordered the Atvs??? So planned on buying 2 different ones from him but found one somewhere else, So i called him and said i wanted the one he said he had. Well that wasnt the case it was at his house? He was upset that I no longer wanted the other one( because the one he had was over priced and looked used) then wanted money up front for the one he had at his house? Friendly guy but not very professional at all. His Atvs didnt look reliable for the price and have rust and looks like someone rides them often.

I purchased a 4 wheeler from Phil,few months after having it I had an issue from rough riding nothing on his behalf I called him he picked it up an fixed it an didn't charge me a dime,ðŸ‘a great guy to do business with I highly recommend star motor for purchasing atv's

Phil has great service and a great heart! I had trouble with my form of payment when buying a 4wheeler and dirt bike from him. His wife and he decided to trust me and let me take the machines and pay the next day! Once we sorted it all out, the dirt bike has been great ever since! The 4wheeler had some issues charging- Phil took it right in and did his best to fix it- still had an issue so he replaced it with a brand new machine. How grateful I am for the integrity of this man and his wife!!! The people make the difference!
