Dude there is a jerk. Dismissed my mom and I as if we were stupid.He tried to sell me a teddy bear battery when I was asking for a high end battery, not a toy looking dumb thing.He told my mom she needed to go back to Oklahoma to get what she was asking for (again, a battery, a certain brand they carry).That's OK tho, went down the road and they were more than happy to have that 200$ sale.Never judge a book by its cover if you're in sales. Really wish the chick who was there wasn't busy. Red Oak.

Bought a puffco for 430$ and it quit working two days later and the store would not swap item or refund,I was very disappointed because up until this point I was a big fan of smokesnedibles and had spent thousands of dollars there,but after this incident I will not be returning

This place always has friendly employees and is very informative. Their prices are fair and they have a lot of options. All employees are very knowledgeable of their products and they handle quality control well. I have never had a bad experience at the Red Oak or Waxahachie locations.
