The store in Lancaster by Fiesta is horrible. I have bought 4 phones in the past year and something is wrong with all of them. The guy keeps telling me they are good phones and they are not. He is selling phones that no one else buys. He got me the first time while telling me oh it's a good phone when you don't know about phones and somebody's trying to sell you a phone because they want to get rid of it then you are going to take your word for what they say. I can't even use this phone and speak on speaker phone because no one can hear me and this is the third one that I've actually bought in the past 30 days and I'm sick of spending my money buying phones that I can't use. I had a better time when I was with cricket Mobile it may have been a little bit more but it was worth it because at least I didn't have all the issues that I have with the phones that I'm purchasing from Metro.

Their crackling skins have made me sick two different times, and every one don't like their pig feet cut up in small pieces. Their meat otherwise is great. Shelf prices are way too high. Workers could be a little more friendlier.

Unprofessional workers ,asked to get the plan for the phone to work in México and the reply was “ I wouldn’t know how to tell you because I don’t really go to Mexico” what does that have to be with me adding a new service to my plan!

Right upon entering stores nearly walked out because of the extremely strong cheap men's cologne that overpowered the entire store. Then, after waiting to long, although there was only one woman ahead of me, the young guy tried to help me but was ineffectual. Plus I felt insulted that he tried to sell me a $25 charger. I am due for an upgrade but apparently the discount still makes a new phone put of my budget at this time.

Keeps getting msg- lg ims has stopped. I was told to resolve this you are offering to purchase another phone. Not LG because they don't make the anymore. Unacceptable.

VULGAR, RUDE, AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. I arrived on April 21, 2022 at 6:45 pm In Red Oak Texas and the store was closed even though the door clearly states open till 7 pm. So I arrived on the next day April 22, 2022 around the same time and there was a tall man in the store who had dark hair and a beard. I attempted to open the front door and he motioned to me that they were closed. Again it was before 7pm and I told the man I needed my phone fixed and it wasn't 7pm. He walked up to the front glass door and started to speak. I motioned to him that I couldn't hear him and that the door clearly stated the store was open until 7pm. This man stuck his middle finger up right in front of the door and said we are closed. He started to walk off holding his middle finger up to where it was visible to my daughter who was in the car sitting in the front seat. I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED. I walked back to my car and my little girl was crying. She had seen this man's vulgar gesture and it made her afraid of this employee and she was scared and asking me to leave before this man tried to hurt her. I explained to my daughter that he wasn't going to get near hurting her and that flipping a customer off showed that he was just a rude and vulgar punk that has a job he really doesn't deserve. I called MetroPCS 800 and made a request to have the email of the franchise owner because this type of behavior is completely unacceptable, vulgar, rude and should not be the norm for conduct.

Great customer service some people are rude though by that I mean customers one of them came screaming to a employee they should hired a guard because people here come screaming also if you want to change to another company go for it because You’ll customers are rude
