They will waste your time.Fitment of my bumper is pretty bad for the amount I had to pay. Also they didn’t paint the part how I asked them too. I was also told the car would be done in 4 days and got messed around for a whole 28 day didn’t even work on the car for the first week they told me it will be done. If you do work with them do not provide them with any money till the job is done. Honestly wished they would’ve never messed me around I would have been a long term customer since I live about 10 min away.

If you're ever having to go thru an insurance claim with a luxury car and need to get your vehicle repaired at NO additional cost in a short time frame with zero storage fees. This company is integral and after being referred by Waltons break and tire last week, I was fortunate to stumble into this company. They had my car ready and looking like new in the 4 day window as promised. Erik is the owner and took great care of me. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️There are companies that tried to charge me over 10k claiming I need OEM parts when I didn't...This company also addressed scuff marks outside the claim as a courtesy. They went above and beyond!

They have had my car here for 2 years and have been claiming since April of 2022 that it would be done in 2 weeks, it has now been 70 weeks since he said it would be done. Every time that work can be done on the car, another project always comes up, I’m doubting if my car will ever be done, I’ve done regular checks to see and it finally moved to the front of the shop a couple of weeks ago and it looks the exact same but has more stuff piled on it, it has become another table to them. This has been the worst shop experience ever, I would never recommend this shop to anyone. There is so much dust on the car the whole car should be repainted because the clear coat is most likely gone, and where it was located it was below a car and transmission fluid was leaking onto my car, on the plastics and into the engine bay. If my car isn’t done soon a lawsuit might be in order. This guy is a fraud and shouldn’t be allowed to own a business.

Erik and his team do a great job. They have done multiple repairs for me and my family over the last 20 years, all to my utmost satisfaction. I am super picky (ask Erik), but he always takes great care of me. I won't let anyone else do body work on my vehicles.

If it could be a zero, it would. Had our work vehicle since August 2022. Even cashed the insurance check ($15K+) in September 2022 but never did any work to the truck. Ignored our calls and our insurance agent's calls most of the time and when he did answer he said "I would be done Thursday next week" for months. We had to call the Ellis County Sheriff's office out today so he would give the vehicle back. If he has your vehicle, file a report with the Ellis County Sheriff's office. Blames his employees for not having the work done. I really feel sorry for his employees. It's not just us that this has happened too. Beware!!!

This is probably the worst place to get your car fixed! They give you the run around and are very bad about keeping you updated about your vehicle. They have had my car for over 3 months at this point and have told me different reasons as to why I cannot pick up my car. They sound like a bunch of idiots and at this point I feel like they sold my car for parts. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT EVER DROP YOUR CAR OFF HERE!

These guys rock. I was in the area when I noticed some under pinning dragging under my car. The guy reassured me my car would be just fine and he removed what was dragging so I could go on about my day. Very nice, informative, and definitely recommend them !

The last choice was one star, if only I could do zero. Heard some great news and reviews but realized those were only long time customers with big pockets and rides. If you have a simple insurance claim you will get screwed over. If you have a nice ride looking for a great improvement, you will get screwed over. If you have a lot of money and repeat business, you might get a decent job done. And it bothers me how they are often asking for cash and giving steep cash discounts.

I put a small dent and scratch on my brand new truck. Stopped by MasterCraft to see if they could repair my truck at a reasonable price or at least touch up the paint. Eric offered to touch up the paint for free but provided me with a quote to fix the dent and scratch like new at a very good price. Eric gave me a ride home the same day and started on my truck right away. A couple of days later Eric had my new truck looking perfect again. Eric really understands customer service. I would highly recommend Eric and the team at MasterCraft.
