I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was quoted a price that seemed fair, so I proceeded with the work. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was charged three times the quoted amount without any prior approval. When I questioned the charge, I was told they hadn't properly inspected the vehicle before giving the initial quote. This is unacceptable, and I will never be using their services again. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this business

this place used to be my favorite tire shop. Ive brung plenty of paying customers to the establishment. They lost my wheel lock, making it extremely difficult to have tires changed. they had inexcusable attitudes about the matter. i will no longer be a customer at the establishment

Came in with a flat tire when they had just closed. The guys helped me out and saved the day. Done and back on the road in less than 5 mins.

This tire shop does not do well with their warranty tire claims. I was sold Venom Terra Hunter R/T tires for my truck and I kid you not , Not jus 4 but 6 tires have all gone bad with busted bands. Each time I needed help swapping these tires under the warranty. I received nothing but issues from King Tire will redo. Not only did they Slap on the cheapest oldest used tire they could find, but it took lengthy amount of time to get the warranty credit back Only to find out that it was a partial credit didn’t even cover the cost of a replacement tire. I recently went in to get the final tire serviced because it had finally popped as well And they put on another tire with an issue in the same manner and said that that was all that they were willing to give me and that I could get to the tire shop, then have it..!!! I’m not sure what customer service is supposed to be like these days but I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to send your customer down the road with a bad tire to another tire shop!!! Buyer beware!!

First, they were very friendly and honest. Came in with a nail in the back tire and they laid out all the options and had to send out of there. We ended up there by God’s grace grace. And I think that by the name of the business it’s anointed.

This place is garbage. I went there today to get some used tires for a project truck and once I got there the whole parking lot was empty but all the workers were outside they I explained to the man that I wanted two used tires and I didn’t care what size they were or how much tread they had as long as they held air and fit on the rims. The guy then asked me what size tire I wanted and when I explained myself over again he just pointed at the road and told me to go. I said what and l he just pointed at the road again and told me to get out so I left and went to another tire shop that was perfectly ok with me getting two used tires. I go home and tell my family about the unprofessional experience and my father tells me that he went there a year ago and got a new single tire for his truck. He said before they started work they agreed on 50 dollars for the single tire. Half way through the install the salesmen told him that it would actually be 60 dollars instead of 50. My dad then watched the people bust off the tpms sensor and install a new one. Once my dad left the tire pressure light turned on so he went right back to fix it. Once he got back the people told him that they never touched his tpms witch he watched them do. While arguing with them another worker came out with a tool to check the sensors and told my dad that it was another tire that was the problem so my dad went to a discount tire to get it checked out turns out the tire they changed was the one with the messed up sensor what a surprise. This place is full of a bunch of unprofessional cheats who just want your money don’t even waste your time stopping by here and just go to another tire shop. Here’s some better tire shops in redoak

It says they close at 6 on the app. I was there 15 minutes before they closed, and they didn't want to check my tire that was low on air. They should honor their business opening and closing times.

I've taken two lowered Miatas here for alignments. Overall do pretty good work. Both cars drove better after work was performed here. Most the employees are pretty chill. Relatively quick service. Will return.

My husband went here for a set of new tires and a wheel alignment. They broke off a wheel stud and didn't replace it and then put the jack in the wrong place and bent the body of his truck. He showed them that the jack was in the wrong place, and they corrected that, but denied that they damaged his classic vehicle. They said they would hook him up next time, but why would he want to go back there? We also don’t know why they charged his card an extra $5 ($555) from what the pink receipt showed ($550). He said other people paid with a card and it didn’t change the price.

Thank you Popeye. You kept your promise and I appreciate your patience. Your team is awesome, honest and the quoted price for the rims and tires for my truck could not be beat. Believe me... I tried and could not find better. To anyone that is reading this, your best bet is to try this place first and not waste your time and effort trying to find better.
