Eva was amazing. It was my first year filing taxes with houses and assets so I was very confused. She walked through the process and I felt much more knowledgeable leaving. She stayed late getting me taken care of. Super happy with her service!

Mary was quick, knowledgeable, and professional, but unfortunately I still had to wait even though I had a 9am appointment, and there are wayyyyyyy too many fees making them incredibly expensive.

By far the worst experience 2 years in a row from a pro review. Cedalia Mitchell from the Red Oak h&r block in Texas held our taxes over a month with the same nonsense excuse "technical issues" 2 years in a row. I've worked in IT for many years and the last thing any tech place would do is force paying customers to wait over a month with little to no information. Never will I ever file with pro review. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dawn was the receptionist and professional and extremely welcoming. Mary Willis was our Tax Advisor and Analyst and provided service beyond our expectations. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, offered helpful tax tips, was extremely resourceful, she clearly explained the steps in the tax filing process so I knew what to expect and provided excellent customer care during our Tax Appointment. It is a wonderful feeling to walk away with great peace of mind that our Tax preparation is in good hands.
