This is the BEST auto shop! My heat shield fell off randomly because the people that changed my oil didn’t put the pieces back together correctly. I had to pull over on the highway and go to the nearest auto shop. They fixed it for free and single-handedly saved my road trip from being a total disaster.
VERY sweet people and fast service. I can’t thank them enough. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I needed two used tires, they gave me a great deal decided to give them my business for an oil change, everything was done in less than an hour. Great service for a great price! Would definitely recommend them!

Seems like a lot of the reviews are not familiar with an independent or any automotive repair facility.
Sure, it took a few minutes at the counter to get helped and the check in felt rushed, but the end was great. Fast inspection and explanation of the results. In and out, just how I like it! Thank you!!

I've been coming here for many years. Ali is very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest. I went to another mechanic shop, my dad uses to get the battery replaced that was under warranty, they told me the alternator was bad. I came to Ali, to double check, and the alternator is good. Don't get scammed, go to Hawks auto for great, honest service!
