“On this weekend (I believe Friday or Saturday), I was on my computer, I was looking for a washer and dryer. I originally started with Lowes, & didn't find what i had in mind, due to issues with prior deliveries. I called Home Depot, and spoke with a lady, whose name i didn't catch. we chatted about what i was looking for and i settled for a pair that I was happy with. When you buy from a small picture and description online, you never really know what you are getting. This Morning they were delivered by a man named Tay, and his assistant. They are well honed and knew exactly what they were doing. "easy in/easy out". Home Depot's Delivery service, both on the phone, and ESPECIALLY their delivery team, were STELLAR !!!!! When they left, the machines were working smooth and quietly.This was the smoothest, most polite group i have dealt with. I will be definitely be back when i need my new oven/range!!!Thank you, and please give these folks a raise!!!! Wonderful!!!!!”

“I live in a neighboring town. Last weekend I met my brother for lunch in Waxahachie, During lunch we chatted about my need to buy a new dishwasher. My brother owned an appliance business for more than 40 years. Lots of knowledge. He said lets stop into Home Depot and Lowes and see what they offer. we did. Lowes first then Home Depot. At Home Depot's appliance department there was a super nice and knowledgable gentleman named Smitty. He asked if he could help, I talked to him for just a minute or 2 and he said exactly what my brother said during lunch. I asked Smitty to let me look and decide my next step, Which he did. Taking care of other customers just like he took care of us. Considering my brothers experience I was very impressed with Smitty knowing this also, My plan was to buy from my home town but with someone that knowledgable and helpful I bought from Smitty. I'm not sure how many employees at Waxahachie's Home Depot are this good but I know Smitty is a Jewel of an employee. So Mr. Smitty thank you Sir.”

The cashier helped with my return, which went very smoothly, and then another cashier helped itemize what I was purchasing with petty cash versus my own card.
