I am so glad I decided to shop here and let’s just say I save a lot of money buying school supplies this summer. I have brought 130 school supplies and the sale was amazing. The lady on the register was beyond sweet and I am grateful for the customer service I received. I will be doing this every year!! Next summer it will be big because I am ordering clear backpacks.

Today 5/15/23 before 6 pm ,I went to buy some things , and that guy that has tattoos all over his body ......is rude as they come , mumbling under his breath as if he's disgusted to attend costumers. The old lady that use to be there was the most nicest person ,& she made you feel like going back again. This other young guy seems like he needs to go through the whole costumer service training again .....if he ever had any. If they keep that guy there, I bet you there will be issues later, because many guys out there have zero patience for disrespect / arrogance ......and they will not hold back to let him know about it .

The manager is very hostile and rude and unprofessional she needs to be fired asap. She was super loud in my face so I had to record her for my safety and I had my 2 yr. Old son with me as well and he was scared. They need to get up and clean the store instead of yelling at the customers it’s very sad to see them treat people like that.. The other employee had to pat her on the shoulder to get her to calm down it seemed like because she was putting her hands towards me like she was going to do something to me it was outrage I really pray that the corporate looks into this and I have sent them the videos of this incident it was uncalled for and ridiculous over me getting my cards mixed up and I asked her nicely if they could refund My money back to my bank card so it wouldn’t overdraft my account and me use my other card and she made such a big deal out of nothing just because she had to work.. So sad I pray no one else has to go through this it was traumatizing honestly.

Horrible service. I was there to exchange an iPod case that didn't fit my new AirPods because the case was for older models. I didn't think it would be such a big deal as it was back in the packaging and unused. The lady at the register was new and didn't know how to process the exchange and lacked customer service. She rudely said she didn't know how to do it. Okay, if she doesn't know then go find out from a lead or manager- no accountability! It's her job to figure it out that's what she's getting paid for- to provide customer service. She then told us that she was going to ring up the people behind us that were also in line. That really made me upset because we're just as important as whoever is in line, we were also trying to pay and leave AND we were there FIRST. Her reasoning and thinking were so off- lack of critical thinking. All she had to do was call the manager or lead in charge and have them help us at the other register. The lead/manager was just the same. It was just annoying to have to deal with people that have no customer service and lack simple critical thinking. To top it off once the manager/lead came to do the exchange the cashier was on her phone texting instead of trying to learn how to do the exchange.

I watch the employees literally get every bottle of couponed Gain laundry detergent and fabric softener sheet off of the shelves for themselves and get in line and pay for them. No wonder we can never use our coupon at this location. And then they held the line up while they were on the clock at that getting rung up, so the lines are currently backed up right now as I type. This location on Ovilla road is laughable. There’s never any telling what you’ll witness in here.
