Enrique was so helpful! 5 stars for customer service. As soon as I stepped into the store he greeted me kindly and informed me that they had a sale on Cokes, which just so happened to be exactly what I was looking for! He loaded up 3 12 packs of Diet Cokes for me into a cart, and I also took a 32 pack of water which he also loaded up for me. All under $20! Just as I was about to leave my receipt, he reminded me to take it because there was a $5 off $25 coupon at the bottom! Very nice gentleman who evidently takes pride in the work he does.

I had the worst experience ever at this location. I thought I left behind 2 one dollar drinks so I went back to see if it was at the register. The cashier whom later identified himself as the manager said that he had bagged all four of them up together and that I was trying to basically con the store out of $2. I went back outside to look underneath my seat because I didn’t look before going back into the store where the 2 drinks had rolled out of the bag.
Which the drinks were there.
So I walked back in to apologize and let him know that I did had them. But he, the manager had gathered a few ladies at your register to talk about how I was trying to steal which was completely embarrassing and unnecessary. I’m sure him having a title of manager at the Dollar general is a major accomplishment but he truly needs some customer service training. He tried to intimidate me with his time of voice and hand movements , like really we’re inside of a store Sir not in the streets. He should not be a manager.

The people are normally extremely nice here, but they've hired a new guy and it's like walking into a nightclub when you enter. Music is blasting, he's dancing, doesn't speak and if he did you can't hear him because of the sudden air drum solo he has going on. Meanwhile boxes are everywhere and the store feels dirty. I guess his lip syncing for the invisible fans is top priority and paying customers are unimportant.

We had the pleasure of visiting Dollar General with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We were able to purchase a few items at a very reasonable price. Thr employees were great upon walking in. One employee was at the door waiting to open the door for patrons, and this was a dollar general first. The other employee was woeking the register. As we walked around, we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. We had the pleasure of meeting a man named David. Who spoke about being a pastor and doing the LORD'S work. Which made the Dollar General visit even more special."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Good deal I can say.. I have brought over 130 school supplies from this store for this upcoming school year. I caught a great deal and spent less than 100$. I am thankful to give back to the community and help many families that are in need. I met some of my parents in the parking lot and they was grateful and appreciative. I gave them my business card, and left my cards with different businesses. I love my donation business and next year it will be bigger. One of my parents children loved her bags I filled her bag up. I told parents email ASAP with an accurate number of children who needs school supplies because orders go fast. One of parents pulled up real fast and was happy!! All my giveaways come with supplies, clear backpacks, and snacks!!

I was at the Dollar General in Red Oak, on Ovilla and Shaun the cashier was very kind and professional. He went over and beyond the call of duty to make me valued as a customer. I'm so happy God used him today because I was feeling very sick earlier.

So this ghetto store is doing this again we arrived at 9pm a whole hour before the store is suppose to close and a caucasian lady in the store states they are closed so is this a private ran business now where your employees can just shut down the store when they choose to I will def report this staff person and she won’t have a jobDisregard the review above the lady explain there was a so call issue but she was nice maybe her boss told her to close up early..

Happened today 11/26. Ran in to ge t my babies some diapers last minute at 9:50 and they told me they were closed. Ignored me when I tried to tell them I only needed diapers for my baby. I’m a single parent and life is already hard enough now I’m listening to my child cry because he has a wet pamper and I was able to get dry ones. Horrible service. Will never come here again. Need new management and employers.

Shelves are not stocked well, boxes of goods mostly sitting in the aisles. Everyone I go in the staff is not helpful and you have to find them to check you out. Today I waited at the register for several minutes to be checked out, no staff in site. I went looking for someone to check me out and when I politely asked for them to check me out, they replied that I had gone to the wrong register, they would have heard the bell of I went to the right register, they'd be there in a bit. When they did come to the register they were not friendly at all! Slapped my change on the counter and left. Go to another Dollar General!

No One, Nowhere and Nothing deserves 5 Stars, Perfection is Make-Believe but when compared to other DGs I've visited, from Tarrant Co to Dallas Co this store is in better shape than most.Dont believe me or if youre wondering how I base my comparisons, just go to their OralCare(Toothpastes and brushes) aisle and see for yourself! See it to believe it! For you were blind but now you see! If you see it, they will come. Seeing is believing. If any 5 items are "near" its price tag on the shelf, then you have a adequate Store Manager. If all you see is a Colgate Headache and still decide to shop there... then you forfeit your opinion regarding any and every other store!!
