Very disappointing. I called the pharmacy at 1:30p and confirmed medication for a sick family member was ready for pickup. I arrived at 1:40p and was told the entire pharmacy was closed for lunch and they will be back at 2p. Meanwhile there are several pharmacy workers still moving around and working behind a lowered burglary fence.

I needed some pictures printed pretty quick and I called to see if that was possible. Dustin helped me over the phone and was very kind and attentive. He was able to print my photos super quick and had them ready for me when I walked in. Dustin really took care of me, and had such great customer service!! thanks Dustin!!

Do not use CVS. Dropped my rx at 9:00 am and tried picking up at 5:30. The tech said only one rx was ready, but if I drive around back thru the drive thru the other rx would be ready, so I get back in line for another 30 minutes and finally thru the tech and I said I’m back and had to give her everything again , name, DOB and now she’s telling me that the rx is out of stock. I was furious. ?

Waited in line 30 minutes just for a drop off. They told me 2 hours, showed up 2 and a half hours later, waited in line again. Still not ready.
Come back 30 minutes later to wait in line again. Was told that I have to come into the store. 4 times waiting in line, just sell me my medication!!!!!

Service is slow & piss poor was already on hold for a long time & called several times… Called to update my insurance everyone seems to be in a damn rush I get they are busy but everyone deserves good customer service … Dan the pharmacist was very rude customer service was horrible because he couldn’t grasp what I was saying he was rushing me off the phone telling me I needed to come… Just say you didn’t understand… CVS YALL NEED TO DO BETTER… I hope that DAN is not the pharmacy manager & even if he is not he needs some customer service classes ASAP… I will no longer get my meds filled here…

I certainly understand how busy this establishment is but I can’t understand hanging up in a customers face after being on hold for ten minutes. Then when I call back you all are closed for lunch. This is unacceptable not to mention unprofessional! The customer service skills needs a tremendous amount of work. I will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. And I would advise anyone else to do the same.

This is by far the WORST cvs I have ever had to deal with. The pharmacists are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to get my daughters medication for 2 days and they give nothing but issues. I have NEVER been told they couldn’t use my good rx codes or that I had to come inside if I wanted her medicine. You want my daughter to come inside your store with the flu and strep and risk getting everyone else sick? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. This store needs training badly. And maybe a little empathy as well. We will never use cvs again. Red oak drug is a million times better.

Horrible customer service.. wait times are ridiculous and I almost always have issues with my prescriptions.. if there was somewhere closer to me that my insurance works better with, I’d definitely get my medicine there.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. after 20+ years of getting prescriptions at cvs, this store will wait up to a week to order a prescription after they've received it from the doctor. if they have half of a prescription you're charged full price. I think one person has actually been friendly. one.

Absolutely horrible survive. the staff makes it impossible to get a hold of them on the phone, to the point where you have to go up there to check on a prescription. I have yet to have a prescription done in a timely manor from them. I'm talking like my doctor sending in a prescription at 10:00am and still having to wait an hour when I get there at 5:00pm to pick it up later. They are extremely rude to you and talk AT you and not with you. I highly recommend to not go to them. ABSALUTE dog water establishmen and horrible employees who seem to hate their job.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy rarely answers the phone. They like to pickup the phone and then immediately hang it up. I've been waiting on my medications for over a week .

WORST PHARMACY I have Ever been too! AVOID at all cost. 7 works tonight, long line of people and only one person was helping. Received a text saying medication was ready, showed up and was told to wait 10 minutes. They took 20 minutes to get my husbands pain medication ready when the prescription was sent into them this morning. They had all day. This has happened multiple times. I am NEVER going back.

Terrible pharmacy interaction with patient. He was rude and unconcerned about quality customer service. I have had several negative conversations with a particular pharmacist. I have shared my concerns with the corporate office and nothing has changed with this particular pharmacist.,Danh Q. Pham. His customer service is awful.
