Truck went down there in Dallas they told me noon for shuttle service there on time I was going day by day they were booked but kept my room excellent customer service by Trini and barb rooms location great the shuttle wasn't available me and another trucker 2 different shops had to get going Trini drove both us get us moving again thanks again ladies!

Shabbiest hotel in this chain I've ever stayed in.
Manager tried to help someone else get in our room at 10:30 at night, but never knocked.
Safe didn't work.
Stained bedspreads.
Elevator broke down.
Holes in bathroom wall where something had once hung on the wall.
Handles missing from furniture.
Electrical outlets so loose we had to hold plugs still so phones would charge.
Soda vending machines didn't work.

I was in 118, I found cockroaches and some large parasitic animals that I can tell were the room was very dirty, the cleaning staff is not doing their job, the shower was very dirty.

Roaches in the hallways. Ants and likely more in the room. First room I was given did not have the bed made. Second has moldy food in fridge. Pee and god knows what on toilet seat. Stains on bed, curtains and anywhere else you could think. Somehow even has stains on the sink counter top which is somewhat impressive

The ppl who work there are quite nice. However, this place is so podunk. Roaches, the breaker would flip in the breakfast area if someone wanted to use the microwave and the waffle maker at the same time. Just all over gave me the ick. Again, sooo many roaches.

The room was dirty. There were roaches, and some kind of bug on the towel. There was an old juice pouch under the couch. And the t.v. kept losing signal. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. There was a bright light that was shining in our window all night and the curtains didn't close. Do not recommend.

The hotel is under renovation. The hotel is overpriced for the conditions the hotel is. Room had cockroaches, shower head was rusted, and had plastic around to hold the shower head. Corners under sink had spider webs . Window courtines were broken, and it was hard to close them. Furniture was brocken. They were out of regular towels, so we had to use pool towels . The swimming pool needs maintenance as well.

Lots of food options and Walmart is about .5 miles away. Hotel has modern very clean rooms. Hotel staff are phenomenal!

This hotel is absolutely awful!! Lady at the front desk is extremely rude. The place looks 100x better online than in person. The breakfast was disgusting. Got a hard boiled yolk was green! Went to get a waffle and what came out was a brown slime. Oh and I didn't even mention the grasshoppers all over the lobby.
