Brooke fires is an excellent grocery store. They have very fresh vegetables. And it's very easy to find anything you need in the store.

Great shopping, no lines. Descent selection despite shortages. Always love to shop here. And love the Brookshire's brand too. There is always plenty of parking too.
Really like shopping here

I love Brookshires, quality food, and service getting a little pricey, but you have to pay a little more for quality it is understood

My mother, my sister and I came in today and my mom was happy with her whole experience. We didn’t even see managers but all of the team members were amazing. They helped her from when we came in to when we left. She got a knee replacement 2 weeks ago and when they found out, they brought a chair for her to sit until the motorized shop cart was available. Alijah and I believe another team member over self checkout. Thank you

Horrible experience been shopping here for years
Educate your young employees that this may be their first time job.But they still have to have common sense and decent respect.

This Red Oak location used to be a good store. Someone else mentioned the terrible check out machines. If they'd just update them to be more user-friendly, people wouldn't get as frustrated with them. I try instead to find a lane with a cashier. Unfortunately, I always have to intervene because the people they are bringing in don't know how to sack groceries. One guy allowed a glass bottle of milk to fall over on the counter that could have broken. At my sigh, he looked at me like I was a psychopath. When I inquired about some of the wonderful (older) ladies that used to work there as cashiers
I heard from some of the workers that they'd left because they weren't too keen on the monkeying being done by the newer so-called management. There are a few things that I go there to buy, and I used to buy other things there that I can get cheaper across the street (WM), but I reduce what I get there now. If not for those couple things that are not at WM, I wouldn't come here at all anymore.
