The one star is not for the store. The employees and the store is awesome. The one star is for a manager named Demorris. I witnessed him bully an employee and degrade him in front of everyone in the packed store. It is completely unacceptable and not needed in our small town!! A complaint was also made to autozone HR.

I was late picking up a side mirror so my mom had to do it for me. When she got there they said we had already picked it up and signed for it but neither one of us had ever had a change to make it up there. When asked who signed for it the manager back talked and said " Well no one signed but a customer picked it up"?. And they couldn't pull up my account with my email or number despite the fact that I get emails from them. And after back and fourth the had finally ordered a new mirror. Now I have to wait till June 13th to get a mirror that was supposed to get there on May 26th.

Staff doesn't mope around and are always willing to help. Very busy store too! So have a little patience!

Changed out my battery first thing in the morning to get me to work. Worker's shift wasn't supposed to start until 8am, but he got going early to help me out.

I had to go into the store and get a bulb replaced this morning on my car. Not only did the gentleman greet as I entered the store he was professional and carring and he also came to my car and replaced the bulb for me. Thank you sir for your kindness.

I called to the store today and Freddy answered and helped me over the phone told me to come in and he would help me even more. I went to Autozone tonight and Freddy Flores went above and beyond helping me and giving me information to help me with my car. He even helped me with my filter. Amazing customer service ? Go see Freddy!!!

Last time I went to get a headlight I asked for help getting a clip off because I have trouble with my grip strength sometimes. The man proceeded to not hand me back my bulb until after he had disrespectfully walked me through the selection process (made a comment about how I probably wanted the cheapest), charged me extra for a packet of "bulb grease" without asking, and installed it with a small amount of the entirely unnecessary pack of grease that he proceeded to then keep without saying anything.
