I arrived on time for my appointment but waited 45 minutes. Despite booking two weeks ahead, I was told to wait another 15-20 minutes. When I had to leave due to time constraints, they didn't offer to reschedule. This unprofessionalism and long wait time is unacceptable, especially for a simple routine examination. Good customer service is crucial, and this experience was severely lacking. Looking to taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

Called because my pet started drooling out of nowhere and they put me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up to take her into the ER but thankfully she recovered soon after.

My sweetybell schnoodle was seen. Given a clean bill of health. Received all her yearly vaccines. Friendly staff. Very good with my dog. This vet will be our go to for sweetybell!

Wonderful experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful and professional! Dr. Bohanan was wonderful! Eli (left) got vaccines and she was so patient and kind he didn’t even cry! Sam (right) was prescribed medications and given a sample of special dog food for his sensitive stomach. The Dr was very knowledgeable and patient while answering all of our questions. Wonderful service, amazing staff, 100000/10 recommend this facility!
