2 weeks ago I went in to buy 2 stamps for 2 birthday cards (with $50 each). I then asked the clerk to place them in their mailout and she said sure. Its been 2 weeks and neither individual has received their gift. I followed up this morning and she said the they change carriers from san Antonio to Houston. What are the odd that 2 letter going 2 different states (Oregon & Oklahoma) never get delivered. I did ask if any accidents or fires occurred or were reported to have delayed or reroute letters but she said no. Just so disappointing lesson learned - just sucks that we have to work with online services instead of a humans for more reliable delivery services. Certified was a ridiculous amount for what i was sending..
