The service was terrible, was not helpfull at all with our question on their phones and what function they provide. Not only that did provide their return policy when purchasing accessories. Do try to ask about their policy before buying cause will not do their job and give it to you.

In typical Cricket Wireless fashion this store will charge you whatever they feel like charging you (hate to single this store out as it seems every cricket store is like this) Asked about a phone and got a different price then the store in Harlingen. Went to another store and got... You guessed a totally different price. Be careful Cricket is shady as can be.

I usually have a great experience here at this Cricket, however, my recent visit was not so good. Katherine was the name of the person helping me and she never greeted us with a smile nor had great customer service. She acted as if it was a burden to her to help us out. Other employees were nice and genuine except for this one is particular.

They charge an outrageous price just for a tablets memory card and to activate it while in Harlingen they charged less.

The young lady was very good in helping me out right away first time I get help right away and not turn off away because they don't know how to fix the problem this lady in Raymondville have high light hair and very polite and helpful thanks you sorry I didn't get her name she is the first to help and service my problem with my phone I give her 5 star's the others just stand around to be rid whispering on others ears I think that's very rid on their behalf but we don't have else were to go in Raymondville they told me I had to pay 25 dollars for another chip ii had just bought the phone 1 day before because I broken my phone and she said I had lost all my information so had to buy another new chip for 25 dollars when I was told I could of just put my email and I could of got it my information right back so when she made me mad me make another Facebook account I walked out of there a friend tried my old account and it came right back so I had 2 accounts it was a rip off making me buy a new Chip it wasn't right and I still have the tickets and then chip that came with the new phone shame of the way a person gets ripped off I told her I was diabetic and was losing my vision and I needed her help and if that's the kind of help they give people is not really worth it cricket shouldn't have people like them working there ripping people off because they don't want to do their job they should reimburse the person but thumbs up to the lady that help me today never seen her there but she was excellent

Katherine was very professional and answered all our questions. We were porting our number away from T-mobile. She handled it flawlessly! A free 5.5 inch Android phone and a free Bluetooth speaker really sealed the deal! Thanks Cricket!
