She saved me $30 and I am grateful. In this day and age customer service is a thing of the past, but Catherine made my day. Thank you!”

1824 Parkway Dr #100, Lubbock“This is a great, hometown pharmacy! I was having issues getting a rx filled, it was going to be $1300 a month! Neil, one of the pharmacist, helped me get my coupon card activated, called the drug rep so I could get my pcp to get my insurance to accept it- and then called my insurance to get me my medication. It was so personal he went above and beyond to help me. A big place would have sent me on my way super frustrated and at a loss on what to do. If you need a pharmacy, this is one of the best in Lubbock.”
“Our carry out Star was absolutely amazing she's very knowledgeable telling us about the gadorade sell going on and just carrying on a conversation that's the type of customer service that United needs more of. I hope Star gets a bonus or a raise because she's 1 in a million.”

“Tasked with preparing the family holiday dinner, United was the answer. I was very familiar with the United brand from past experiences, but had never one of their newer locations. This isn't mamma's United that is for sure. This location rivaled or surpassed many higher end stores I've seen while still being able to fulfill all the everyday grocery needs. The store is bright, clean and easily navigable. I was very impressed with the range of brands and offering. Especially in terms of specialty options; pickles, seasonings and sauces galore. I saw many intriguing products that I'd never seen before ranging from mid-range to top of the line. The meat and produce offerings were exceptional. Their house made guacamole was as good as any I've ever had. I came across a regional popcorn with jalapeño ranch seasoning that was unique to anything I've seen before and absolutely delicious. The checkout lanes were fully manned on a busy Christmas Eve which was greatly appreciated. I'm sure the prices are a little higher, but for the quality of goods and range of options, I'd easily choose United over the crazy town big box option down the street. Overall, this was an exceptional grocery fetching experience.”

When youre done paying give them like 20 mins to do your paperwork then go check in for it or they will come out and give paperwork to you. In and out good time. Good business. Really nice people too!”
“Nice place, overnight parking available at front, there's a big dirt lot, you can park there, strict to appointment, once you're on door it will take around 1 to 2 hour easily, no restrooms available”
“Very clean and organized. Staff were always smiling and answered all questions. Called Dr. for more refills. They were very professional. I M glad that I use them for medicine refills and ordered medications.”
