Our warmest Thank You to Chris Rodriguez! Chris went the extra mile to help my elderly mother with communicating to her credit card service department. We love this bank and branch because the people who work here treat us like family. Thank you for growing a wonderful Team!!

Carly was very courteous and helpful, she is the reason for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️RBFCU the bank however is another story they seem to of done nothing but handcuff Carly so that she had to ask ridiculous questions for something that seemed so very clearly printed on a power of attorney that I was using to get a bank account opened I spent three days down there and they still couldn’t give me an answer. I’m sure they were a good bank for most things but when it comes to this part if you need anything extra it just seems like they kind of dropped the ball. But the staff was awesome it’s just an inside thing I guess

I would not recommend them. They do not accommodate during this hard time of everything shutting down having extra expenses to the epidemic. I gave them the reason for what is happening in Ohio were I now live and they told me the reason that I gave them which is.... my brother may possibly be laid off and that I'm the sole person on the lease of my apartment and if he doesn't have income coming in and I'm still required to go to work I can no longer pay the full amount of my rent, gas, electric, and water and everything else. They do not care. So don't bother calling them.

Although this is a Federal Credit Union and located on an active Air Force Base, don't expect anything from them ... unless you have an account. They advertise that they are to serve their members AND the community.... but they need to say "they will serve ONLY their members". I am a retired Army LTC and I went into the credit union today, since it is right next to the commissary. I asked the teller for $100 in ten and $100 in five dollar bills, in exchange for $200 in $20 bills. He told me that "due to new Federal Regulation, they couldn't do that for me unless I was a member." What a crock!! There is NO Federal Regulation that crazy! I did go across the road to Broadway bank who was happy to provide the service. You can bet that I will go back to Broadway bank but NOT to Randolph Brooks in the future!
