“I wanted to share my experience with Ms. Valerie Kela. Today, I had some things I had to do at the bank and Ms. Kela helped me. While we were talking, she had mentioned many ways to try to avoid fraud. I didn't even think of one of the ways Ms. Kela mentioned to prevent fraud, she made a great suggestion, and I followed her lead. It was such a lightbulb moment for me, and I truly thank Ms. Kela for the kindness, professionalism, and just common courtesy with a flare of awesome customer service. I personally have never been to this branch before, but since it is closer to me, I will be making trips to this branch if I need anything else. Thank you to Ms. Valerie Kela for offering such great ideas for trying to prevent fraud detection she shared with me. She is a keeper!”

On 26 June, I was very impressed with the service I received from Ms. Ginger. She was extremely patient with my many questions & above all, sympathetic with my issues.
I’m not computer savvy & took so much of her time attempting to change the password & UID on my account. She just smiled & carefully explained each necessary step to accomplish this task. She also assisted with providing additional security on my phone.

“I was really upset and distressed over an issue on my account. After the csr failed to resolve my issue, I went into the bank and spoke with one of tellers. She went out of her way along with a manager, to ensure their was no suspicious issues on my account and they created a new acct for me. I value the service I received and will never forget it.”
