Please consider moving or adding another dedicated ATM to the outside drive thru lanes.
The current configuration at the WW White & 410 Access Road locations is beyond not thought out.
ATM users have no idea how long the transaction is going to take if you get behind someone using the teller.
ATM's are a convenience not a source of frustration.
I got trapped on WW White for 14 minutes.
Couldn't believe the person behind me was willing to wait that long...must have had no where to be!”

“Schertz Bank has some great service! The Kirby Branch of Schertz is an extra branch to help out their customers. Although much of the business with SB&T can be done online or over the phone, they're always pleased to have me in the lobby, just to say, "Hello!" The small town feel of this bank is quite refreshing when compared to these "too big to fail" banks and their impersonal service. I'm always greeted warmly when I come here, and I always get super personalized service. The bank employees all know me and they all are happy to help with anything. The rates that this bank offers are quite competitive, with a focus on local banking.”
“Love my Frost bank. However did encounter a personal banker that was very unprofessional and rude. I know we all have bad days but don't take it out on us the customers. Totally unexpected and caught off guard. Never in 30 years of banking with Frost had I ever had an experience as horrible as this. Will never forget this particular woman!!!”

Their staff isn't as friendly as some of the other frost banks I have been to, and when I had lost my driver's license and had a paper copy of my new one they wouldn't honor it (I think they are still supposed to though) they talked to management and there was some kind of issue with proving it was me even though the paper copy had my photo. I guess it wasn't watermarked? But after I got my ID, everything has been fine. I normally use the drive through. It's very easy to use and by the way the cinnamon coffee at frost bank is delicious! and so are their sugar cookies!”
