I do not highly recommend these people will not return phone calls .my truck they kept it an extra 9 days still didn't fix the problem wouldn't return none of my phone calls called left messages sales left messages at the front desk left message in the service department and their excuse is in the service department oh she's no she don't know what she's doing even left a message with the manager tried to get to call me back to solve the problem still never call me back Left there with my truck 9 days later made it maybe 10 mi down the road AC quits then they waste another three or four days to try to get me in and they'll work it in at their convenience I was told I do not recommend these people to anyone and will not

Mr. Brian in Service is a very thoughtful and caring young man, he greets you with a smile. I do miss Mr. Bobby and Ms. Vicky. I don't know the young lady’s name thats there with Mr. Brian But she’s not an all customer first type person. Maybe she had other things on her mind not related to customer service each time i’ve bought vehicle's in to be serviced at Brian Toliver Ford of Quitman, i don’t know. It could just be me, i’m sure she does her job well and for that reason i will always bring my vehicles to Brian Toliver Ford.
