This rating is specific to the automotive department. Never, and I've used them several times, will you be met with any level of an intellectual greeting. A simple oil change with them is a process. I guess I'm lazy and would rather suffer than change it myself...no my back prevents most of that or dayum straight I would.

Maybe there is new management or something, but this Walmart appears cleaner, better stocked, and better staffed than the other area Walmarts. Of course, they aren't getting deliveries of certain items, due to COVID, but I've been pretty impressed the past 6 months.

Of course, I like Walmart. Some just need more help than others. This Walmart has most everything you need. Although other nearby Walmarts have a better selection then this one. My chief complaints are the restrooms and the fruit and vegetable section. I never go to the restroom at the front. It is always filthy and disgusting. If I have to go, and I usually try my best not to go at Walmart, I use the back restroom. It is so much cleaner than the front one. I'm not exactly sure why. I see the same people cleaning both of them. Now for the fruit and vegetable section, the fruit is terrible. It's rotten and old and looks like something someone left at the dumpster. It's been this way for years, it's nothing new. I always have to go to Kroger or Tom Thumb or Albertsons to get my fruit and veg. Many times I just go ahead and Shop there instead of making two trips. It would be so nice if we could just have decent fruit and vegetables at our own Walmart. But I think it is impossible.

Please be aware of when you buy oil in the service department because I bought some today and the seal had been broken and the oil had been used. I didn't realize this until I took my truck to ge the oil changed. I took it back to Walmart to let them know and to exchange it and the service manager Vince was so rude telling me he wasn't going to take it back because the seal had been broken. I tried to explain to him that I didn't do it and that he could call the place who does my oil changes (an actual business in Quinlan) and he said no I don't know them and was just plain rude about it. He said I wasn't getting it replaced and that he was the only one there that could do anything about it. I talked to the assistant manager that was more helpful about the situation and he even replaced it for me. STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER VINCE, he is so RUDE!

Went to Walmart last night and they had one register going with a forever line. Management should pay attention to what is going on and open a second or third register to accommodate their customers.
