“May I say there still honest mechanics out here, I took my car to Billy automotive cause my car was losing oil well to me it was , I got a oil change at Walmart so I had to add some oil to it but anyways I panic and took my car to be look at , as a women most mechanic would take advantage of us but not this place ! Mr Charles was honest he looked over my car even jack it up n there no leaks , nothing wrong with my engine, Iam truly amazed of the honesty and to top it off I try to pay for the diagnose fee he wouldn’t except my money they say small towns are the best ! “I took my 2016 silverado. The ground wire to the battery would not stay in place, even after tightening the screw, which sometimes wouldn't let the truck start up right away. I had bought a new connector bur turns out it didn't need a new one, it needed an extra screw for the wire which was no longer in the way of the connector to recieve a charge. I would have paid for the handy work but there was no charge. It took them 5min to find the problem and fix it and I would have paid something because I know what a headache it is to always having to open the hood and forcing the connection down, it was a hit or miss. I tried to pay something but they wouldn't accept. The reason I came to this shop was because of the several reviews that mentioned they were honest, and I experienced that here. They were all friendly and talkative and really nice. Normal and down to earth type of good humans. Thank you for the looking at my truck and for giving me understanding of the problem and for making it easy to take care of. See you soon for my Honda lol”
