No way to mute speaker from pump once gas started pumping so I immediately stopped pump and went elsewhere.

Hey, I've lived in pyote for years working in the oilfield. This place has gone downhill over the last year. I don't know what has happened. The workers really don't seem to care, the diesel pumps are always broken with only 1 or 2 pumps in the fast diesel working. The gas pumps are hit and miss, just pray you don't have to play musical gas pumps. If it weren't for the pilot points and the proximity to my place I'd go somewhere else. Hopefully they turn it around.

Typical its mostly for truckers although many regular folks use it as well. Has food and showers thats mostly why the truckers use it

Does anyone actually work here or is it just a playground?
Nothing is stocked. The cooler is almost empty of drinks. The soda machine has almost no cups and most of the drink flavors are completely out.
All the while the employees are dancing around behind the counter plating games.
This is hands down the worst Pilot / Flying J I have ever been in

Pump wasn't working at first they had me move too another pump
Very nice they are and professional and polite
They even allowed me too get me some dinner and a drink for free due too the inconvenience

One of the truly worst Pilot/Flying J's in the nation. Fuel everywhere, all the time. Nasty people washing their feet in the wash basins in the bathrooms, and the employees have some of the worst attitudes I have ever seen at a P/FJ. This one can be skipped at the one in Monahans is much better.
