Ok, I've been to this location several times, no problem. Tuesday November 12, a different experience. I noticed fluid on the ground and asked what it was. I let the hood up and they told me it was the windshield fluid. The cap was missing. I asked where the cap, I was told it wasn't there when I got there. The last three oil changes were done by them and no one else has been under my hood. I've never been told the cap was missing and never saw any leaking. So I go to get a cap in a panic state, and was told even without the cap, it's not going to leave puddles of fluid or boil out. I've never seen anything leaking until that moment. I'm so annoyed.
