The customer service at this ALDI location is consistently poor. Frequently the cashiers have AirPods in their ears and say MAYBE two words to you. Doesn't matter who the cashier is at any given time. Additionally, they often only have one register open when the line stretches halfway through the center aisle. The stock is good and they have a good selection but the customer service is lacking.

Do not shop here with a shopping list. It will end in disappointment and you will have to go somewhere else to fulfill your list. If you are tied to a specific brand, that will not work out for you either. Do yourself a favor if looking for a brand or shopping from a list, go elsewhere.

I am a customer who ended up coming here to realize that this brand is still doing their ridiculous quarter thing with the carts. It’s 2025!!! NOBODY CARIES CHANGE ANYMORE! No baskets and no support, just wasted time from a severely outdates company.
Again, 2025. What a lack of care.

Love going here being so close to where I live but I feel like the cashier's need to work on customer service! No greeting or even saying Hi when you come to them!

Baby this location is a joke selling broken products for 10$ and when you return them you only get credit for 80 cent baby I would never buy another facial product nor a pajamas set ever faulty ass clothes and products and the meat come spoiled they still sell it

Aldi is a scam. I only stopped there as I was going to a store next door for a specialty item. I should have gone to Walmart or Kroger and I would have spent less. had to buy 6 times the amount of "fresh" produce than I needed as it is all prepackaged, their store brand canned goods was 2 times the prices as Walmart or Kroger. And since I did not have any change on me, I could not "rent" a cart and I sure was not going to pay for a bag for my groceries. Selection was also very poor.

Love this location! Close to home and I enjoy running into close friends and neighbors when I’m there for a quick shopping trip. My experience there has always been great. Cashiers are always fast and friendly. Their manager Oscar is always so nice and very helpful, you will always see him wearing many hats from stocking shelves to helping out in the back to covering register at the front. Great example of leadership!

I’ve been a loyal Aldi customer for years, regularly shopping at the store twice a week to purchase fresh produce and other supplies for my restaurants. However, my experience today was nothing short of disappointing. I was with my partner, making two separate transactions for our two restaurants, but to make things easier, we kept all the items on the same cart.
An associate named Stuart rudely asked if it was all going on one cart. I politely responded, “Yes, it is.” What followed was completely unprofessional. Stuart abruptly moved the other cart aside and yanked the cart I was holding out of my hand, slamming it against the register. I understand he’s an older gentleman, but if he can’t handle customer service without being rude or aggressive, he shouldn't be working at the front dealing with customers.
This behavior was unacceptable, and it completely ruined my shopping experience. I can’t justify spending my hard-earned business money at a store where customers are treated so poorly. Unfortunately, after today, I will no longer be shopping at this Aldi location.

I just wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience in your store. Unfortunately, I encountered a staff member named Stuart who was quite rude and disrespectful. He abruptly took the cart from us and made a dismissive comment under his breath. If engaging with customers is not something he enjoys, perhaps he should consider a different career. I will not to shop here anymore, find better employees.
