We recently ordered custom furniture for our outdoor fireplace and pool from Jacob at Yard Art, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The furniture is perfect for our backyard oasis. Jacob was fantastic to work with—he kept us updated every step of the way, ensuring we knew exactly when our pieces would arrive. I have been shopping with Yard Art and Patio for several years now. They always have a great selection of high quality products and their customer service is premium. Joe has been my salesman in Plano and now Prosper. I was very excited to see their store come to our growing town. I have purchased pool and patio furniture through the years. Just this week I called asking Joe to reorder some chairs to a seating group purchased a few years back and to please match the fabric. The company no longer offered it but Joe called them and they had some in their warehouse so they accommodated my request! That’s customer service at its finest. Our daughter also purchased from Yard Art in Prosper even though she lives in Burleson due to a fabulous sale and again Joe’s customer care. Yard Art is my go to store for all my outdoor needs.

We went to Yard Art Outdoor Living in Prosper with no intention to buy at that time. But they have great selections and excellent quality products that we ended up leaving the store purchased a few sets of furniture items. Their prices are also very competitive. Also, go see Jacob at the store, he is wonderful. Very patient and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable and helped us explaining all the differences and options. He even found our outdoor dining bench off-store on his inventory database. Highly recommended for sure!

I went in the other day with my man and I wasn’t planning on getting anything but after Joe’s great customer service and recommendation we ended up purchasing a set that we can’t wait to enjoy this summer!!!

We’ve had so many positive experiences with this team. We have called on more then one occasion looking for something specific for our pool/patio and if they didn’t have it, they would order it and have it ready to load. They have even worked directly with the Ledge Lounger rep for somethings that we need to complete our collection. They are beyond helpful and we are thankful that they are a hop skip and a jump away.

My wife and I were looking at furniture in town. We stumbled upon this building and it was great!!! It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We ended up purchasing a new couch and chairs. The manager Joe and a worker Scott was so helpful. They went over and beyond for my us to make our shopping experience stress free and great. You go to Walmart or something like that and yes it’s cheaper but the quality is so poor. It’s worth the investment and just to shop here. We will be back!!
