I’d give Eder Martinez zero stars if I could.I brought my son with adhd to open his first checking account since he is now 18. Mr. Martinez took it upon himself to refuse my son such an account. When I told him that this is his first step at being independent and an adult he said but he can’t sit still.First this man never spoke to my son. Second it is not his place to determine if my son would be financially responsible. When I said he had no right and he wasn’t my son’s psychiatrist or psychologist his response was he is a psychologist.Even if he were he’d know that my son not being a patient of his he cannot determine my sons disability or mental status.The ADA bans any organization that does business with the public from discriminating against people with disabilities. Under the ADA's Title III, banks and credit unions must give equal treatment to all customers, with and without disabilities.Also, had he of asked beings I have legal power of attorney over my son I can determine if he can open an account. Not a manager at a bank.What this man did is discrimination at its worst.I have already made a complaint with corporate, a complaint with the ACLU and tomorrow will be ADA and an attorney. What this man did was illegal.

Absolute disgusting customer service.I have an appointment at 11:00 am with Issac. We waited for almost 30 min and our turn did not come. He even did not come to us and said anything on the wait we did for almost 30 min. We have our own work to do that is why we book an appointment. If the slot was not available then why did they give us that slot for appointment and nobody came to update on the waiting time .It is a total disgusting service. Somebody from the top level management seriously look into this awful customer service.

Worst bank ever. Waited in line 30 min to make deposits and get change: this is a business account and I need to go back to work. Not to mention the tellers are so rude.

Sooooo slow. Come on guys, do better. It’s nice that it’s close by, but I probably could have driven to McKinney and back by now.UPDATE 5/16: I’ve been here several times and it is always slow as molasses. Not even at busy times. It could just be me and it takes 10 minutes to get cash. Lowered to one star.

Terrible customer service, can’t send a wire without an appointment. Bankers backed up for hours and tellers can’t send wire transfers. What is the point of being a banker if the people at the bank can’t help with a simple wire transfer.

I"ve been trying to reach someone by telephone directly at this branch for 45 minutes! The branch is open but no one feels like answering the phone the number listed in google is not the direct number and the corporate customer service line can't reach them either. I've been disconnected twice with no sucsess. My question is, if the bankers don't feel like answering phones, why do you even have a branch open?!? Unacceptable.

I have scheduled an appointment and reached little late but they have cancelled my appointment without any information. The staff works there doesn’t have good experience as I know better than their banker. They have to improve alot!! Good luck!

Tried to withdraw available cash from my account today. They kept asking me verification questions and eventually told me that the available balance wasn't actually available and that I would not be able to get cash out. My wife transferred the amount I was trying to withdraw to another account and another branch gave her no issues taking out the money not even 30 minutes after I was told that it was unavailable.

My husband shouldn’t be interrogated in order to get money out of his bank account. That branch manager should be fired. We ordered money a week ago, came in a week later to pick it up and the manager has the nerve to interrogate my husband, insult him, and then tell him that it will take another week to pick up his money! We will happily take out business someplace else.
