I’ve been a member of the Prosper community for 25 years, I bought four phones from Verizon got a really good deal. I thought was very fair and competitive, gave me for iPhone 14’s as part of my plan, I did have a little bit of a situation. But Reggie, the manager there was very helpful and very communicative, and took care of the problem. I feel I highly recommend him to prosper residence. They will work your problems out or answer your questions.I welcome Reggie, the manager and Verizon wireless to the Prosper community, it’s nice to have a store here that I can come and work out my issues with and take care of my service and my bills. Thank you Reggie. George.

This place deserves 0 stars! Beware do not go here and as soon as I’m done with my contract I will be leaving Verizon all together. My dad bought a new I-phone, 15 Pro-max around the middle of Nov '23 from the Verizon Store located at South Preston Rd, Prosper, TX 75078. A couple of weeks later, he went on an international trip and realized his phone was locked.Since he could not contact Verizon directly, he asked my brother to contact Verizon. As a response to this we received an email and the second paragraph stated;"If you purchased your device as a part of monthly payment agreement, you have the option of paying the remaining balance off from the Verizon Retail Store and resubmitting the unlock request prior to the scheduled unlock date".My brother went to that particular retail store, paid off the balance and requested that it be unlocked. It has been over a month (almost 2 months) since we paid off the phone and to this day there is no word from Verizon and the phone is still locked. We check the phone every day and it shows "SIM locked" in the section "carrier lock". We requested again to unlock the phone right away.My dad is only coming back from his trip at the end of March. The least Verizon should do is either wave that travel pass of $10 a day until then or give him his money back. This is unacceptable. Before he purchased the phone he asked the sales girl if the phone was locked to which she replied all phones are now unlocked. Either she hid the facts from him or she did not receive the right training. Verizon is a mess and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the near future.

It seems the store in not in sync with what erosion offers. I have had multiple issues while not huge it is a little concerning. The most recent issue is with a trade in. You order a phone on Verizon and select trade in at a location. You go to the location to drop off the phone as directed and the staff says it doesn’t accept them. My husband disagreed and they finally agreed to print a label and gave him a box to go drop it off at a shipping location. When I look at my account it still says I need to drop it off at a location which requires a call to customer service to get my account updated to show we are shipping it and to get a new label printed. Just seems like a disconnect between the local store and corporate or the staff not wanting to do it.

Reggie and his team are the best I’ve ever witnessed at a Verizon store. Reggie is a polite and professional manager with an eye for recruiting the best talent. Great job Reggie and team!

I dread going to cellphone stores. Service is usually slow, tech staff overworked, and the general mood is stressful. But our trip to Verizon and with Alex Madere was so very different. We had a somewhat complicated request involving multiple lines, multiple handsets, and different owners. Some techs would have bailed, but Alex sat with us through the entire process, explained cost structures and various options in detail and with outstanding patience. Thanks Alex at Verizon - you totally went above and beyond for us…!

Knowledgeable and speedy customer service. Christian was extremely hospitable and fast. Alex the manager came around and chatted with me. Very friendly staff and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

We went in with a billing issue...literally a matter of 83 cents that an automated system kept billing us for. First, we noted there was adequate staffing to handle all the customers in the store, something you don't see very often anymore. What especially impressed us was the service provided by Josh, who worked the problem until it disappeared. He couldn't have been friendlier and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

I went in with a bug on my phone. The staff was very friendly while they looked at my phone to fix it. As someone visiting DFW, I really appreciated all the suggestions on where to go while visiting.

We've had an excellent experience with the staff every time we've gone to this store. They're very helpful, very thorough, and the wait times are always great. We've made an appointment a few times, but today we just went in to return a phone and no wait. It was a very smooth process.

The gentlemen who assisted me tried in every way to help me. Verizon advertised a free trade in for an iPhone 13 very publicly - TV adds, radio adds. I am a Verizon customer and called to see how to trade my phone in. I was on the phone for over 2 hrs with a service center outside of the US . I spoke to multiple people who knew nothing of this deal . Finally the new phone was sent and I was told to mail in the old phone for the $800 credit . No return label was sent . Again I couldn’t get anyone at customer service who understood what was needed . I physically went to this Verizon store and the gentlemen politely called customer service who sent an email to access a label . I felt this was handled- got home and went through 30 min of trying to get the said link to produce a label or Q code . Had to call again to customer service. This is outrageous and false advertising- Verizon wants your business for sure. They will entice you with a deal that they then deny and put up every barrier to prevent you from successfully completing the transaction. I am so disgusted with this behavior . This is the worst wireless customer service I have ever encountered. Go to any company instead of Verizon .
