I am first time customer with Verizon and I am very impressed with customer service here! At first, I wasn't to sure about making immediate decisions because I like to think about it and shop other locations first, but the Consultant Stephanie had such excellent customer service and was helpful, so in long story short... she basically make me feel very comfortable with my purchase and all services I will receive & knowing I am getting the best value with Verizon. She was full of knowledge, so I know I getting best value, and she saved me a lot of time from have to shopping around other locations where most of them don't even know anything. So Thanks You Stephanie for the excellent help I will recommend my friends, family and anyone reading to come here to this location and don't waste your time anywhere else! When I do reviews for Google is because either they are excellent or very bad a d this was definitely 5 Stars service here at this location! Thank you! 💯 🙌

I want to thank Antuan (sales rep) and Alex (assistants mgr) for the outstanding service provided to me. I was able to get out of my other carrier and switch to Verizon. They made everything simple and laid out for me. I was also able to get my parents out of their carrier and onto my Verizon plan. They made everything smooth, while also applying some amazing discounts! Saving me some money monthly. Thank you for what you guys do! Amazing customer service! I already received my first bill and everything as promised. You guys are awesome! Shout out to Reggie store manager. Thank you!

How is a company with such bad customer service still around?
1. Never received my equipment
2. Had to go to the store to pick it up
3. Never sent a letter to my new home so I didn't have my account number or a due date for the 1st payment. Took half an hour to pay my first bill.
4. Tried to get my info through the store, they said to stop on by. I get there and now they tell me they can't access my information, absolutely no help and a waste of time. Told me to call over phone
5. Tried to pay my bill the 2nd month. STILL took 30 min to pay my bill.

Reggie, Tuan, and Courtney are quite the team! I walked in today with a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer every single one with patience and care. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like family.
Not only did I leave with both my personal and business lines set up for less than what I was paying before, but they also helped me save on subscriptions I was already using—at a much better rate than what I had with other streaming services.
Exceptional service, great savings, and a team that truly cares. I can't wait to visit again.

Couldn't be more pleased with being able to setup our business wireless service here, Cale the business mgr went above and beyond to help us establish our service with them, their competitor just on the other side of the building in blue wanted $1000 deposit per line, 6 phones, 2 watches to start service!
We had issues with cust service approving the right docs when we had them, and Cale called higher ups and made it happen. Couldn't be more happier than our experience there at the Propser location!

First time Verizon customer after switching from ATT. Nothing but issues with this location they don’t give you the correct information and they don’t know what they are talking about.

It all started this morning.
While leaving our car and entering the nearby James Avery, we later found out we had dropped a sentimental greeting card. We entered multiple stores on this strip with no avail, until we met the amazing MADISON, who helped us when we walking in the store to find our card. She told us her customer had just left with the found card, but that she was expecting him back to the store and would call us upon his return.
An hour later she called us with the good news that she had our card! Madison saved the day!!

Had a great experience with this store! Switched to Verizon and worked with Remington. He was awesome; very friendly and helpful. Also interacted with other staff members who were courteous and kind. If you need to visit a Verizon store, make this one your go-to!

Went into the store with no knowledge on how the whole deals on phones work. Reggie not only explained everything but also went an extra mile to make the deal more sweet. All the guys in the store and very friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to keep customers smiling.
