This is at least the 5th time I’ve driven all the way over here (yay for it being the only post office closest to me) to find that the package drop off box is JAMMED AGAIN making it so I can’t drop off packages. This is so frustrating and a consistent issue with this post office.

This post office staff is rude and the supervisor needs some training. Angie was extremely rude and even engaged customers in her foolishness. Customers who really had nothing to do with the situation and needed to mind their own business. And then they all lied to make the narrative fit their bad behavior. So disheartening! And I know writing a review probably won’t change anything because we keep these places in business when we keep supporting them. I am hoping my myriad of letters to the post master general will get someone’s attention who can change the environment of this location.

Every single time I go into the Prosper Post Office they are so helpful, so kind & so ready to help with a smile on their faces! I am so grateful for them & their service to our community! Best post office around!

It feels ridiculous to review a post office, but this location is specifically unhelpful. I went to this location because the website specifically states that they can print labels inside. When I asked for this, the lady at the counted just stated that "There is no way to print this" and that I would have to "print from home" and bring it back. They even have signs that say they can print labels for you, but for some reason they couldn't even attempt to help me. I ended up just having the company change my shipping label from USPS to Fedex. Fedex printed my label for me with no problem and shipped my package. All I had to do was send it to their email. This is why nobody uses USPS for packages anymore.

I gave them 2 stars because I do take my time to pick up mail and it is full of ads. The postal man gets mad and ask me to get mail out. So busy I forget. So he took all my mail and put a stop on my mail coming to my address unless I drive up to the postal office. Why take the mail that was already delivered. It was very spiteful. I get, you are frustrated, but to take revenge by removing mail already delivered and stop my mail from coming is just low. I am single mom two boys working two jobs I do my best. Sometimes I just forget about the mail.
