This location is wonderful, but go somewhere else because I like the short lines. Seriously, though, they deserve the good review. They are always well staffed and friendly. It's quick to get in and out. The motion-activated sliding door is the best when you've got an arm full of boxes.

Today I called your store at 5:40pm , confirmed that Notary hours are available till 6:30pm. Then I came around at 5:50PM, one lady asked me what is that I wanted. I told her I need notary on documents. She took my documents and my ID proofs. Then started filling some documentation on her side. Then some customers are waiting in line. Suddenly she asked me to come a side and started accepting customers. She keep on attending customers, finally I asked her, she said that our notary is the boy till 6PM, she is talking like she is doing favor to me. And also asking me to complete her documentation to me. I said why should I? Then she came back to me and she was asking do you need Notary ,, I asked her yes if you are completely doing, then yes. Again she started saying notary hours is till 6PM, my wife said on phone someone told us. She is asking proof. When I said, if I show proof, what you will do? Because I had a proof. Then she is saying, maybe it’s wrong number I called. Then I asked on google are you maintaining a wrong number?
Finally she didn’t do notary , neither I don’t want to do with her.
Whoever is manager/owner , do you care your customers? Is this how you treat , holding one customer a side and serving customers who are next in line to me?
I went to other UPS center 2 days earlier, it wa s such a smooth experience. There they didn’t ask me to fill their documents ( it’s log book). Something wrong this place. I hope I don’t see such experience any other center of UPS.

I live in South Florida but was visiting my family in Prosper last week. Realizing I needed document copies made, my sister took me to The UPS Store #6736. Camille assisted me. Camille was AWESOME!! She was friendly, pleasant, professional, and VERY helpful!! Camille made my UPS experience a pleasure!! Great Service deserves recognition.

Since moving nearby, this store has become our go-to for shipping, scanning, notarizing, packaging, returning and the occasional faxing. Aliya (the manager) and team are outstanding. They are fast, pleasant, thorough and seem to make every experience effortless.

The very young lady in charge of this store gives so much attitude, I'm still in disbelief. As a hard working American, I know how it is working in retail, how customers can be. This was not even in the slightest bit that. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but this is the second time this has happened and I'm not going to stick around for a third. I ask for clarification on an order amount, because I seriously was confused and did not understand what I was being charged for. Instead of getting a simple breakdown, I get total backlash and a full on attitude. I had to take my business to the UPS Store down the street.

Worst customer service amongst all the UPS stores I have visited. Their print machine was out of order so asked me send an email. They charged a “Print service” fee for every document send to be printed. No other UPS does, when asked about the fee they said every store is different.
Fedex, Office Depot and other competitors are much better. Stay away from this location unless you are ready to shell extra for every ask
