I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciate Katherine in the hair studio. She is so positive and upbeat and always makes me feel pretty. Her haircuts are always perfect and she goes over and above to please me. She also does great Highlights and Color.

Misty patiently listened to my requirements and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Misty.

Truly have never had a good experience at this particular ULTA. From rude managers to poorly kept inventory. Just awful. I’ve walked in and have basically been told to hurry up and leave because they were close to closing instead of assisting me in what I wanted to find. Horrible store.

These people do not know how to match foundation and/or powder shades to your skin tone. Don’t waste your time and money here. Go to Sephora instead. I’m stuck with products that are the wrong shade and these things are not cheap.

The Staff at this the store are super tentative, and the Operations Manager was fantastic. I was looking for a Mac lipstick that is not in stock and she took my phone number and offered to contact me ASAP once it gets into the store. I wish that things would be more in-stock here overall, but I’m guessing that they get a LOT of shoppers and it’s probably hard to keep up with the demand. They get trucks once a week and are very accommodating. Don’t listen to people griping on yelp. Anyhow, very happy with the service here. I was probably asked by about four or five different people if I needed help looking for something. I think their staff deserves a lot of acknowledgment from upper management!!!

I felt invisible during my visit. While expressing my experience to one of the employees about my visit, a manager stood behind her while listening and stared and didn’t say anything. The employee apologized and the manager didn’t say a word as I walked out. As a former Ulta employee I’m very disappointed.

I travel 40 to 45 minutes to go to my stylist Starr. She is incredible. Spot on with haircuts , colors and highlights. She accomdates her time to mine. I won't go to anyone else.

Alexa was the kindest cashier I've ever encountered! She helped knock $40 off my total by getting the Ultra card and discounts plus free samples. So just so positive and nice, I'll be back to this location for sure
