“Seldom would I ever take the time to write about a tow company. Even less, write great things about a towing service. Let me just say, this was the most professional towing company I have ever dealt with in my life and while I know there are some unscrupulous characters out there who set the bar low, just wow. Frank and Andrew went out of their way for me with a my Kenworth Semi truck that was DEEPLY stuck in the mud, all of my own making. Frank arrived promptly, beating the time estimated by the dispatcher who was also very kind. Frank assessed the situation and began to work. Andrew arrived shortly behind to lend a hand. Between them both, they not only had me on my way but LW’s charged me a very reasonable rate for the service they provided.Finally, while Frank and Andrew could have left since the job was done, they made sure I had fully backed out of the muddy road I was in and once they knew I touched pavement, they then set on their way.
