“Had two tires go poof just before christmas eve. They were nearby so I walked over and they were expedite in helping my issue. No grief. Salesmen was not pushy and did his best to do what I wanted. In and out within 3 hours no hassle. Just had to wait as a walk in. Completely reasonable for my unreasonable situation.Got all new tires since I needed them anyways, and waited a while to leave a review since the last place I went to for work did not put a bolt back and left me with a car and a unbolted control arm on the side of the road. No issues with the tires so far after two months.I also got my oil change here. It was done, and through the same salesman. Again, good serivce and no hassle despite my inability to not be a hassle due to my poor experiences with bad shops.Definitely would come back based on my two experiences with this location.”

The General Manager, Brian, knew my son’s old truck repairs (almost 300k miles- diesel) were going to be expensive based on the amount of work that had to be done. He gave me the list of the most necessary to get it and keep it on the road safely for quite a while. I was grateful for the honesty because there’s more he could have recommended that wasn’t absolutely necessary, but he didn’t. Brian kept the lines of communication open throughout the process, which took about a week. The repairs made all the difference in the world and the truck is doing great! “Discount Tire has been the only place I buy my tires. The employees at this location are friendly and helpful as other locations. It can be a bit tedious when leaving as it's located on 121 service road. My last visit didn't go as smoothly as it usually does. I had an appointment for two tires to be installed, which I ordered a few days before. 1 of the 2 tires was not the correct size. They apologized for the mishap after I waited an hour. I understand things happen, but I'm not happy I have to go back. I will still choose Discount Tire for all my tire needs.”

“Arrived at Just Tires without an appointment to repair a damaged tire. After their inspection, the tire had to be replaced. We also got an additional tire and an alignment done. Service was completed in less than an hour. I found out this establishment accepts Goodyear credit cards and wanted to take advantage of Goodyear's 6 months free financing. However, I didn't have my Goodyear credit card with me. Carval said they can process the charge without the card. The store manager, Deshawn, called Goodyear to complete the transaction. Dre was on the phone with a Goodyear specialist for well over 30 minutes. So I called Goodyear from my phone and Dre spoke with a 2nd specialist for about 15 minutes. Both representatives from Goodyear gave inconsistent information to complete the transaction. I ended up paying with my bank card. I wrote all of this to say this location of Just Tires goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Kudos to Carval and Deshawn (and the rest of the team) for their outstanding customer service.”

“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 in the morning for an oil change and two new tires and didn't get my vehicle back until 6:30 p.m. that night. I had to call multiple times to check up on the vehicle and at 1:00 they said my car was in the bay and being worked on. I still had to call back around 5:45 p.m. to see if they were close to done the guy said give me 20 minutes and come pick up your car when I got there the tires were off and the oil hasn't been put in. But they hurried and finished and got my car back in no time just seen like a long process for an oil change and two tires”

“This is a great Costco location. The employees are so kind and helpful. Over the years I've had to call a few times to find out if a specialty item was in stock and I've never been treated like a burden. The prices are better than the online store so it's always worth checking to see if they have the item in store. The return policy is consistent across all stores and is appreciated, though the return line here gets pretty long during normal season so be prepared to wait.”
