“Just for a bit of background info:
I took my car to the K AVE location at the end of May for a basic oil change which ended up being $200+ due to a rounded out oil plug that they had to replace however, they had my car from 3:30-close and didn’t even touch it. I told them I lived 20 minutes away and if they needed me to pick it up early to call me. They waited until 2 min before closing to call and tell me they would get to it in the morning. When I got there in the morning they were rude about the fact they had to replace the part and acted like I was lucky they could even get it for me. The guy who worked on my car didn't even look like he worked there—he had no name tag or firestone uniform on and when I got in my car it wouldn't turn on. He said all he did was an oil change and so he couldn't have done anything to my battery which was suspicious because right after that he said he unplugged the battery as a safety hazard? He conveniently had his personal vehicle parked right next to mine which allowed him to jump start my car, but I had to sit there letting it charge for 30 minutes before I could leave and he told me not to turn it off for as long as I could manage??? Right away other sensors start going off including my coolant light. I called back and asked why this wasn’t included in the oil change as it says on their website liquids are checked in the process. They said coolant wasn't included and if i wanted them to do anything about it they would have to do a full coolant flush to see if there were any leaks and then they would replace my coolant for me. Odd because anywhere else I've ever had an oil change they've checked and refilled my coolant?
I brought it to BMW and they topped it off for me for free but mentioned I had a little bit of an oil leak. I called the K Ave firestone again and they denied causing any issues with my car including the battery and oil leak.
I drove into Dallas that night and not only did my coolant light go off again, but so did my oil levels light, and a warning saying my drivetrain was malfunctioning. Feeling out of options, I tried to put more oil in my car myself, but the cap was so tight I couldn't get it off! The next day when I tried to start my car to go to work it started knocking and it sounded terrible! I immediately turned it off and called firestone on preston which redirected and referred me to the Prosper location where I received amazing care and professionalism. They paid for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle, and after I talked to Jeff and Rick they decided to help take care of the problems that were caused by the K Avenue location. Being a woman I was terrified to try and advocate for not only myself but my car. They were so patient and kind to me. They listened to everything I said and fixed both my battery and the oil issue. Unfortunately the coolant warning is still freaking out but I'm honestly just so grateful for their hard work and compassion for their customers. I will 100% be coming back to this firestone location regardless of proximity to where I live because these guys genuinely care.”
“Came in once for cross threaded nuts at Discount Tire. While I waited I saw them perform alignment on a vehicle. They were thorough and did not give up on that vehicle until done. I experienced equally exceptional service and had my car aligned in no time. They are very nice from management to technicians. Definitely recommend!”

“Came to get tires replaced. The process appeared very transparent, the technician did a tire tread test on all 4 tires and showed which tires are pretty bad and which are OK. Even when showing the options on the computer, there were 2 screens that showed what the Technicians see... again kudos to the transparency.
Reason for the 4 stars..(hoping the management sees this), the wait area really is not up to the mark. The tall bar stools are really uncomfortable to sit on, literally felt like sitting on a rock. Really hard for people who need to wait probably an hour or hour and half for service. These definitely need an upgrade.
There is barely any coffee options other than a coffee machine with some options...no creamer and the rear of the machine has spider webs. And the fridge is literally empty...no water to drink, at least they could put a water cooler which seems to be a must in Texas..
Other than the wait service upgrades, its a good place to go for any tire needs”
“I needed two tires same day for my daughter’s car. The person I spoke found what I needed and set up an appointment. Turns out I called the (Dallas) Store which is quite a bit further for me in (Plano). No problem. He transferred the order, we showed up and they got us in and out under an hour. The staff at both locations were excellent. I highly recommend NTB for quality tires at a great price and top notch customer service.”
“My experience with Integrity Aubrey was excellent. The General Manager, Brian, knew my son’s old truck repairs (almost 300k miles- diesel) were going to be expensive based on the amount of work that had to be done. He gave me the list of the most necessary to get it and keep it on the road safely for quite a while. I was grateful for the honesty because there’s more he could have recommended that wasn’t absolutely necessary, but he didn’t. Brian kept the lines of communication open throughout the process, which took about a week. The repairs made all the difference in the world and the truck is doing great! Trust is earned, and based on my experience I trust this location with my future repairs.”

“Typical discount tire…very busy. Prices are a little lower than competitors but still high for a rubber tire. They text you of status of process. Warning : their text start time was actually 30 minutes later than actual time. So it appears the process took an hour and 15 minutes when in actuality it was around an hour and 45 minutes. Also keep your eyes open at checkout. I declined the $40 warranty per tire at check in, BUT they added it back in at checkout. I had to remind them that I did not want it. (There is a one in a 1000 chance you will need the warranty).”

“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“This is a great Costco location. The employees are so kind and helpful. Over the years I've had to call a few times to find out if a specialty item was in stock and I've never been treated like a burden. The prices are better than the online store so it's always worth checking to see if they have the item in store. The return policy is consistent across all stores and is appreciated, though the return line here gets pretty long during normal season so be prepared to wait.”

“This is why we take our cars to Discount Tire, and specifically, the Prosper location:
Saturday night, my son got a flat tire. He got the car back to the house, but we discovered the next morning that it was actually 2 flat tires and possible rim damage. My hubby wanted to take the car to a competitor that is closer to us and open on Sundays to get it fixed. I insisted on Discount because I was hoping the tires were on warranty. They are also fast and honest. My boys took the car over Monday morning, without an appointment, and Discount had the car done within 45 minutes, told us the rim damage was just cosmetic, and told us both tires were under warranty. I had been looking at a several hundred dollar repair that ended up costing me $23.54.
