Took my vehicle in for repair after fender bender. They are an authorized body shop for my insurance. Didn’t need to get an appraiser. They will also setup rental car to you pick up as well.
Friendly staffs. I hand them my key, The claim manager assessed my car and I am off to pick up my rental.
Will update again when it’s time to pick up.

We typically use Service King or Caliber on our vehicles and based on the last time we used one of the two we felt a need to look for a second option. The Body Shop is locally owned, operated and is second to none as far as service and quality. I dealt with Lee as a service writer, the front office staff and they are excellent. The work was completed prior to when they told me it would be and the quality is great. We will be using this firm for the foreseeable future.

Took my truck in for repairs and my service advisor Angel did a fantastic job with communicating, keeping cost at the amount quoted and also delivered it when completed! I would highly recommend TBS Prosper location to anyone needing automotive work!

Excellent service. Completed our car repairs before the projected end date. Was even given a life time guarantee on the paint work! They also coordinated our car rental and we were picked up on site and we dropped the rental off with them when we picked up our car at completion and they coordinated with Enterprise to pick it up.

Had a problem with the skid plate. We came in 10 minutes before closing and they took care of it immediately and provided free of charge on a rainy day!

What a frustrating experience. We were told the repairs should take 2 weeks, 3 weeks at the outside, since the damage was only aesthetic. We did not get our truck back for 7 1/2 weeks. They did not communicate well. They never called us to tell us about delays. After 3 weeks, we had to call repeatedly about the truck. Unfortunately, once they have your vehicle torn apart in pieces, you can’t pick it up and choose another body shop. I couldn’t recommend this place in good conscience, and feel the obligation to provide this feedback for consideration. That said, we were pleased with the body work and paint job.

I highly recommend using The Body Shop for any repair needs! The staff is extremely helpful and got me a quote on a walk in whereas other shops were going to take weeks. The process from start to finish was very smooth due to their expertise. They did an amazing job on the repair and the car came out looking better than ever!

In today's auto market I never dreamed I would experience an outstanding interaction with a company in this industry. Thankfully I was proven wrong. The Body Shop in Prosper has done an outstanding job of flawless repairs and outstanding customer service. I hope I never need more body work but if I do, The Body Shop in Prosper is where I will go. Highly recommend this company and location.

They were nice, but neglected to mention they don't work on Corvettes. If that was brought to my attention before I dropped my car off and got the rental, no biggie!

What a nice group of people!! I was told I could go to this body shop for my repairs(Toyota does not do body work at the location I went to). I called and went in. I actually spoke with the owner. They made me an appt to go in for my repairs in 2 weeks. The owner was very nice and helpful. His daughter Angel made the appt and they both made me feel great about using them for my repairs!If this thing let's me update my review, I will let you know how my car comes out!!

WOW, talk about amazing. My vehicle was in the day after my initial call and finished by the end of the day. Repair was perfect and they even washed and vacuumed my car! I have never had a auto repair shop go above and beyond to this degree. They will always get my business. Thanks to Angel and Lee you were great to work with.

This is the BEST and ONLY collision repair shop you should ever trust! Their work is excellent!I had damage to my front bumper late Wednesday night on October 25th because the heavy rains had washed out huge chunks of the road at highway 380 and Hollyhock. Longo Toyota referred me to The Body Shop the next morning. Lee was super kind on the phone and told me to bring my car in right away so he could assess the damage. To my great surprise, he was able to fix everything immediately! He and Angel are so understanding and considerate. They are truly angels living on this earth. Thank you very much!
