“Associate 289082 was really good to my dad. My dad didn't catch his name but that was the number on his receipt. He was looking for water shoes for his vacation and this gentleman helped him and was educated and swift. My dad actually came home, really impressed, and really happy about his new buy and the service he received. I've been there a few times and they are all really nice. I was helped by Tre one time and he was really patient with me. I already find this area really nice and tidy, especially with it being rather new, so the customer service being great so far is a plus. Keep it up!”

“I went in to buy my first pair of ski boots. They had a good selection and my size in most of the boots. Damien helped me out and was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I tried and retried several pairs. I ultimately chose the first pair of Solomon's he recommended. He custom heat molded them to me and that really helped make them even more comfortable. They are also mounting my new bindings to my skis as well. Can't wait to try it all out.”
“Replay is my go-to for all of my disc golf needs! Their service and knowledge is excellent, and both their new and "slightly used" selections are well categorized and sorted - if there's a disc I'm looking for and don't yet want to pay full price for it, I can easily find it here without looking through the entire used disc section. They also have a lot of inexpensive used discs for newbies to start their first bag affordably. They also carry a lot of the necessary accessories for one's bag, including suckerball retrievers and a big assortment of disc golf bags. They have a lot of things for other sports as well, but as an avid disc golfer, there is no place in the North Texas area better for disc golfers to get what they need than Replay Sports in McKinney!”
“They are really good at greeting the customer when you walk in, but as far as asking if you need assistance on the sales floor, they could use some work. I spent an hour in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. I kept having to go up front and they would have 4 people standing up there just talking.”
“Always super helpful and they have a lot of options! We visit often. Staff is super friendly. Lacrosse is not cheap, but they do have specials/sales running on items. Our go-to lacrosse store for sticks/stringing/gloves/pads/etc!! Would definitely recommend!”

“I am bias but it had everything I wanted. Loved Virginia she was amazing and treated like family. They carries notonly authntic Jersey butthe actual Game jerseys. I kept asking Virginia for a size 48 all they had was 46. She said that was Zack Martin's Jersey. I said I know but I need it in 48. She said that jersey belongs to Zack Martin. I started arguing with her. Like I do not know whose Jersey it is. She said "NO! THAT IS ZACH MARTIN'S ACTUAL JERSEY. ID HE NEEDED A JERSEY THEY WOULD GIVE HIM THIS JERSEY AND HIA SIZE IS 46. " I apologized and felt stupid. I am a big man. Not fat just big and that Jersey was tight. I can only imagine how tight with equipment on. The Pro shop was great.”

“I have worked with Frisco Sports for the last 7 years, as I am a teacher in the FISD school district, and my students design and order a t-shirt each for my program. Their customer service has always been excellent. They have always responded back to emails in a very timely manner, and they have also gotten my order finished in a very timely manner, too. They even rushed an order for me this last time so that my students could get some shirts for when they started going to their internships. Then, Ally personally delivered the shirts at the school, which is on the other side of town, so that some of my students wouldn't have to miss their internships to come to school to pick up the shirts. My students were so thankful, and we were literally giddy with excitement for how cute our t-shirts turned out. Each experience has been wonderful.
