Probably the worst experience I have ever had… I asked for a temp fade and some how ended up with a box cut fade?? The clippers she used were so sharp or dull that it felt like I was being cut by knives. The back of my head wasn’t even blended right…. It’s like she was in a rush to be somewhere… the barber Tye probably shouldn’t be cutting hair at all tbh

This place is terrible. The quality has gone down the drain over past 2 years. I had terrible experience with Tye. She messed up one side of my ear line and was in a rush to finish up. When I asked if she was in some kind of rush, her answer was that she does things fast. She tried all kinds of stuff to fix the mess she did to my hair but obviously hair isn't going to grow back what ever she does. I am never going back to this place again.
Terrible quality for the price.

I advise against going to this place to save money. The haircut isn't worth the price. My kids and I had a terrible experience there, and I wouldn't recommend this specific store (though I haven't visited others in Texas). I've been to Sport Clips in Seattle, WA, which offers a far superior experience. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in, and the entire experience was negative. You can get coupons for other places that cost at least 60% less and offer much better quality haircuts. I won't be returning and don't recommend it at all

I’ve been here a few times and the haircuts are never great which is surprising given Sport Clips is one of the more expensive haircuts.

I checked in on line, told me an hour, I showed up at that time, signed in, 3 stylist working, no one sitting waiting for a cut, no one said hello, first hair stylist finished with a hair cut, she cleaned her station, spent 5 minutes texting on her phone, bought some products for herself and put in her purse, second stylist finished with a customer, announced she was headed to Starbucks. Meanwhile we sat waiting in chairs 20 mins with not one person acknowledged us, saying sorry for the wait, I need a quick break, nothing. this was a Saturday. Nope, Never, again. This was not the first time and we will never be back again. adios.

I provided a picture example of how I wanted my hair. In the end, my hair was not like the picture and was extremely short and I specifically said that I didn't want my hair too short in the front. Then she tried to overcharge us and pressure sell products to us. She try to say that she had to charge us a $5 fee for 'trying to fix my hair'.Stylist: She had blue eyes and blonde hair.

1/3 are good cuts. Hit or miss on the stylists. Need to clarify what exactly you want and explain what a fade is and measurements are. Also, don't recommend talking drama while a customer is sitting there watching sports or whatever, trying to enjoy their haircut.

Lexxi butchered my son’s haircut, even when shown a clear reference video (from all angles) of a haircut he’s previously had. But that isn’t why I’m writing a review. I went in to demand a refund, and while she did do it, it was her massively disrespectful attitude that irked me most. When talking to me, she acted incredibly condescending and had an attitude of superiority. She even went so far as to insult my very hardworking son—unprompted and in front of waiting customers, she insinuated that he couldn’t afford his haircut, even though he transferred money from his savings to his checking account in front of her and paid fully up front. This will be our last time here, as Lexxi’s attitude was not appropriate as a manager.Stylist: Lexxi was the stylist and acted very disrespectfully (in addition to doing a poor job on the hair).
