When I tell you that Quinn made it happen for me, mannn all I was gonna do is go just SEE the car and test it out….shoot the Acura TLX A-SPEC ended in MY DRIVEWAY IN 3hrs ?? PLEASE GO SEE QUINN HE WILLL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE!!!

Drove an hour away to come and basically waste everyone’s time! I inquired about a GMC Acadia AT4 (i was ready to purchase that day) that I came across on their site and a couple other sites! Upon arriving, I was told apologetically that it had been sold since July by their previous manager that no longer works there. I was upset and frustrated but said ok well I’m here..what other 3 row suvs do you have in that price range..I test drove 3 different jeeps…and chose to “leave and talk with my husband” and once I made that comment the manager comes out and says that vehicle is on an auction lot, it is theirs and it would be ready for me to test drive and purchase Monday morning. In all honesty I made the appt with an intention to come, however, after my drive to another dealership with much better experience, I decided to lie to them as they lied to me and confirmed the appt and not show. I received text messages asking how my visit was, I’ll post them on here. But apparently there was some “confusion”. To me there was no confusion at all! It was a Complete deceitful tactic amongst the salesman and manager. Told me one story and now it’s magically there and there was no sale?!! I’d strongly think twice about visiting this dealership overall! I called them out and said this will be appearing here.

Bought a vehicle here and have had multiple issues. Starting with financing, we requested gap and the finance manager rushed us through our paperwork, granted our toddler had fallen asleep but still its something we requested. Found out the next day that it wasn't there. We went to the dealership who stated oh the lienholder wouldn't allow you to have it. Uhm, BS. Thats protection for them as well. The very next day I already had a bill from my new lienholder. So they RUSHED the paperwork through to get paid and couldn't go back and put the gap that was missing even though it was REQUESTED. Then we had issues with front collision not working, and a damper system error. We had to put it in the service department for these items and to repaint the tailgate. Worked with a person who got our ID's and insurance prior so that when we dropped it off it would be in and out. He told us to ask for a specific advisor. My husband got there, the advisor wasn't there. He had to present his ID and insurance again. Delaying him getting to work. Then we get a text later in the day saying they are two days out for diagnostics. We were given a 2016 Ram as a courtesy vehicle with over 100,000 miles! Our brand new vehicle is in the shop and we are driving this old pickup. Then I get a text Monday from the service advisor with no update she's just stating she's sick and will let us know something the next day. Finally the next day I get a call saying its ready. I ask about the errors and get told it wasn't checked. So they take it to check it and tell us there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I still don't believe the front collision system works. Now on top of ALL of this. I've had to change car insurance companies to ensure I have gap protection. And 2 whole weeks later my prior vehicle is STILL not paid off, which has literally never happened to me before. It takes me 2 days to get anyone in finance and then I get told to just make the upcoming payment....WTF??? So make my old car payment and then my new car payment and be out a substantial amount of money. I've got a mortgage and child, WTF? I can't even get an answer as to if the payment was made. Literally get the run around about it. I had high hopes, but this dealership falls flat.

One of the best experiences at a dealership and we have Sam to thank for that! We came in completely new to the Jeep world out of curiosity and the next day he was able to get us into our new Wrangler Rubicon. Our kids absolutely love it and we are very happy. Thank you so much to everyone at the Shottenkirk team at Prosper and a very grateful thank you to Sam.

I recently purchased a Challanger from this dealership and was assured by the salesperson that the car had been completely serviced, including the oil being changed.Upon owning the car for approximately one to two weeks the change oil light came on. I took the car back to the dealership to check on this. I was told that they did know if the oil had been changed, they did not have records that would provide this information. I was amazed by this answer , they owned the car and did not have a record of what services were done to the car! The service advisor told me that the smart thing to do was have the oil changed , to make sure it was done. I had the oil change done at the dealership and paid $160.00 for this.
The car had approximately 4800 miles on it and it was at their sister dealership in Granbury. Hard to believe that they cannot find out this information, but this is a car dealership, enough said.

I had a terrible experience with Shottenkirk. I remotely negotiated the price of a *new* Ram 2500 with Lamar Barnes and Daniel (internet manager) before driving 1.5 hours to their dealership in Prosper, Texas. When I arrived, they attempted to sell me a truck with **3,900 miles** on it, despite the buyer’s order listing it as having only 7 miles! It was also listed as *new* on their website, which was clearly not the case.
This was a blatant attempt at deceit, wasting my time and undermining trust. I expected honesty and transparency, but instead, I got lies and a complete disregard for customer integrity. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.

Be ware I buy my car here I tell the financial manager I don't want any extension warranty for 4000$ they say okay it will take out your total bills after 6 months now almost 2 years later keep push me back show up they tell left them phone number no call I been nice wait this long now I'm about to go with my lawyer get this take care I will make sure all my customer will also know about this place

WE BOUGHT A CAR FROM THIS DEALER AND IT HAS BEED ALMOST 60 DAYS AND THEY CAN'T PROVIDE WHEN HEY HAVE THE TITLE READY AND NO UPDATE SO I CAN'T RETURN THE CAR BECAUSE I SPENT SOME MONEY FOR FIXING THE CAR AND NO TITLE PRESENTED
