Spent over $200 here today getting Christmas gifts, and because employees are too worried about getting people out instead of doing their job correctly, a security tag was left on a hoodie. Called the location and they told me that my only option is to drive 30 minutes to bring it back to get it removed, and they would offer me nothing for the inconvenience THEY caused. So since they were forcing me to go back for THEIR MISTAKE, I returned everything I bought today and I will never spend another cent in a Ross. All it would have taken was offering some store credit or something to make up for their error, but I guess customer service is dead these days.

They need to have more registers open, line is to long workers sees the line and do not care to open more registers to get the line moving faster. Taking to long with only one register open. Workers in blue and black shirt are just talking and not helping with the line or they don’t call for help.

The manager on duty Rajesh was completely clueless about the return policy, he was telling us that we need to return the merchandise to the original location of the purchase of the merchandise, because they don’t accept the merchandise return from the other Ross stores, also he had very rude attitude .

This wonderful smiling lady better be a top manager fr. Latreas has excellent excellent excellent customer service!! This is our go to Ross from now on because of such friendly positive vibes from her. I really thought the long line was going to take forever, I observed her and how fast she checked out all the customers and smiling to everyone! I can't say enough about how good Latreas is for the Ross company, but she's for sure a valuable asset! The other employees, im sure are good too but they definitely need to follow suit and learn from her, Wow too awesome! We'll definitely be back! Thanks! ??????

I was at Ross today and saw the manager with black hair and glasses yell at a lady for putting things in the wrong rack. She was absolutely out of line and very demeaning with her tone. Was talking that way to all the customers and could hear her be on a power trip with her employees. I felt bad for anyone that came across her. Seeing the reviews I noticed other people mention her so if anyone in corporate is reading this please address her. I ended up leaving and plan to shop at another store that doesn’t feel like walking on eggshells.
