The manager on duty Rajesh was completely clueless about the return policy, he was telling us that we need to return the merchandise to the original location of the purchase of the merchandise, because they don’t accept the merchandise return from the other Ross stores, also he had very rude attitude .

This wonderful smiling lady better be a top manager fr. Latreas has excellent excellent excellent customer service!! This is our go to Ross from now on because of such friendly positive vibes from her. I really thought the long line was going to take forever, I observed her and how fast she checked out all the customers and smiling to everyone! I can't say enough about how good Latreas is for the Ross company, but she's for sure a valuable asset! The other employees, im sure are good too but they definitely need to follow suit and learn from her, Wow too awesome! We'll definitely be back! Thanks! ??????

I was at Ross today and saw the manager with black hair and glasses yell at a lady for putting things in the wrong rack. She was absolutely out of line and very demeaning with her tone. Was talking that way to all the customers and could hear her be on a power trip with her employees. I felt bad for anyone that came across her. Seeing the reviews I noticed other people mention her so if anyone in corporate is reading this please address her. I ended up leaving and plan to shop at another store that doesn’t feel like walking on eggshells.

Store has gone downhill (whole shopping center really)

Only 2 fitting rooms open. A lady brought in at least 20 clothing items. Employees could care less. Store was a disaster and had a bad smell. Only 1 cashier and line was extremely long. I’ll choose to never shop her again.

This lady was just rude. Closed fitting room way before closing time and when i asked she responded in such an aggressive manner. She behaved the same way with all south Asian that were there & when she came across African Americans she way laughing and joking and super nice to them. I did not appreciate this racist behavior. Sit home if you can’t handle diversity, you can’t we working counters where you have to deal with different race of people and be behaving like this. I almost always neglect such behavior thinking they just must be tired and having hard day or whatever but this indifferent behavior within gap of minutes is just down right insulting.

Had a very bad experience with cashiers. No respect to customers. One packed my stuff and the other one wanted to check if I stoled something. When I asked why to the other one, she just ignored me and was so rude. Then the other one packed my merchandise in a very bad mood.
