Hot day and was looking foward to something frozen and what do you know machines is out of order with no sign of being out of order. No pizza and roller foods looking old. Came outside after my gas was full and top it all off no receipt paper when I wanted a receipt.

Bathroom was out of order, one of the fuel buttons would not work, and when the manager got it working, 11 gallons were pumped in 10 minutes! Never again.

One of the most disgusting men's rooms of any racetrac locations I have ever seen(including dallas locations that are adjacent to homeless camps). Garbage everywhere, standing in water and/or urine at urinals and wading through used TP in the stalls, ankle deep, no paper products that weren't used and on the floor, overflowing trash.
Store floors were very dirty, mud and trash.
Only employee even pretending to care or be polite to customers was one lady who looked 70.

It's supposed to be a 24-hour gas station I walk in and the lady says she's mopping the floor and not to walk on her floor and she claimed they were closed the door should be locked

The clerks have absolutely no sense of urgency. 15 people in line, 2 clerks, and it took 10 minutes to check out. This is EVERYTIME I come in here, which is ONLY in an emergency. The worse Racetrac I have ever been to.

Most incompetent manager ever .. if you have a promo for say monster energy buy 2 get 1 free then you have to honor that, not scratch your head and say uhhh uhhh uhhh over and over again.. it ain’t gonna fix itself .. racetrack stop hiring high school drop outs to run your stores

Employees are TOO lazy to clean the yogurt machines and the have been down at both locations on 380 for weeks, no need for me to go back to racetrack.
